Hello everyone! I made a sale on a translation service, my customer was very satisfied but after providing the service, no more news and the order is not marked as completed. What to do?

If a buyer does not mark the order as complete, then after three days the order will be automatically marked as completed. When it happens, the order will be locked and the buyer and seller will be able to leave a rating and review. Fiverr will take their cut and the rest of the revenue will go into clearing for 14 days, after that - it’s all yours!

Yes, you have to wait for 3 days if that was the normal order. If it was the order with milestones, then the wait period would be 8 days.
