Issue when filtering gig

Hey everyone, recently I noticed that my stats were going up but not at the same pace as always, they were really slow, so I searched all my gigs, and they are in the same position but when I filter for the online people I’m not showing there even tho I AM online. I don’t know if this is a bug? really I have no idea. Has this happened to anyone?

The same question comes to my mind. I through a message to Fiverr help they reply

“Gig’s position is based on seller performance over a set time period. There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include order cancellations, delivery rate, responsiveness, etc.”
