  1. I think there are services like social media account setups but since he was asking you to use your name and I bet it was for another freelance platform
  2. Just block them or report them eventually they get banned, sometimes they even sound serious on the message and send you a word doc and inside the word doc it says that they will play you for creating and account etc etc. Just don’t fall for it and block.
  3. Well you can delete it by going to the tag on your skill section and while on the tag you will see the “trash can” sign to delete it. I just done this and searched my profile on another browser and the changes were immediate.
  4. I don’t want to be disheartened or something, but he could have explained the reasons in time. This is personal but I don’t like to include feelings on my work, even more if it’s through the internet.
  5. I’m actually surprised that you have been able to go so far as to say this and not receive a warning for being aggressive. That aside, what seems to have happened here is simple. CS get hundreds of messages from sellers complaining that they can’t find their gigs in the Fiverr search. Here, you haven’t clarified the fact that you are trying to find your gigs via your dashboard settings. Nor have you stated whether you are using the Fiverr mobile app or the desktop version of Fiverr. Given the above, (and considering that CS deals with hundreds of requests from non-native English speakers which they have to interpret as best they can on a daily basis), they have clearly assumed that you are trying to find your gigs in the search. Here, rather than perhaps try restate your question more clearly, you have jumped feet first into being insulting. This simply isn’t an appropriate way to speak to anyone. Despite your tone, your CS agent has remained civil and still tried to help. This is fine. However, in any real world or online context, your way of communicating leaves a lot to be desired. For the sake of any potential success which you might hope to have on Fiverr, I would recommend that you brush up on your etiquette and practice stating things as politely and as clearly as possible in future. If not, you could very well put your account itself in jeopardy. Adding to this, I understand that they are CS and they are supposed to help but I think they expect that people alredy know how to navigate through the site not trying to be rude but is one of the most basic things here.
  6. Becasue you broke the rules, before starting to sell your services through Fiverr you should have read the TOS.
  7. Wait on Fiverr Customer suppport to reply and please delete the link on the post since it’s fraudulent.
  8. Since you create logos I think that future buyers would like to see your work right away (or maybe not) so I’d say go for the image and edit your existing gig video adding a “works I have done” section in the video. Or vice-versa you can delete one of your gig images and add the logo you just created and add the video to the portfolio (as long as the buyer approves if he wants you to show his/her logo) up to you I’m just throwing ideas.
  9. If you can give us more context about what you want to know would be nice. You can read about gig extras in here: https://sellers.fiverr.com/en/article/offering-extra-services-within-an-active-order
  10. And? Was there something you wanted to say or ask? Or did you just want to inform the community that you broke the rules and received a warning? Posts saying that they received their first order are normal but a first warning, that’s quite new.
  11. I think there’s no estimated time, since it’s a manual process and many people like you apply for pro every day, just wait for an answer.
  12. This certainly isn’t true, after any changes I think the gig goes under review for a certain amount of time.
  13. If the buyer wants to leave a review is up to him, you should not ask for reviews, as stated above it can get you in trouble.
