Setting up withdraw to bank account

Hi, I’m trying to set up my withdrawal to bank account option. I clicked on the option to withdraw to bank account, was sent an sms code and then an email. From the email I was asked to set up a Payoneer account. I have done this using my local bank account details and my Payoneer account is approved. Now when I go back to Fiverr and click “withdraw to bank account” I am asked to repeat the whole process. Where am I going wrong?
