If your client didn’t accept your delivery yet. Yes you could refund money from resolution option.

From resolution center just cancel the order. Your buyer will get notification of cancel request. If he accept he will get the refund.

Why would you want to refund the order when you’ve already done the work? Surely you deserve to be paid for whatever it is you’ve done?

Also, if you cancel, your completed order percentage will drop, which could see your level reduced.

I think you want to refund to the buyer without cancel the order. Am i right?
No there is no legal options to refund the buyer without order cancellation (it’s my opinion)
