And the answer is: contact Customer Support and ask them. We’re just sellers and buyers, we don’t know why your gig was removed, and we can’t put your gig back.

If you copy someone else’s gig they will remove it.

If you have something on it like a copied logo they will remove it.

You could try making a new gig but above all do not copy anyone else’s gig or work or logo.

In addition to what @misscrystal said, duplicate gigs (two or more gigs offering the same thing) are not allowed, either.

You should talk to customer Care and if these gig images are really yours you should provide them the source file… my gig was also removed by fiverr claiming its duplicate but when I provided the source file the gig was automatically restored and the flag warning was removed…
