Actually I got a reply from my client but when I replied it came please contact customer support… And it is displaying currently you might not contact the client!

Did you type something that might have gotten your messages flagged? Or did they type something that might have been flagged? If Fiverr blocked them or you there had to be a reason or misunderstanding. I’d just contact CS.
