  1. Yes! I do this too, because if their last delivery was two years ago I don’t think they’ll be available for a new order! Haha
  2. I don’t think they’d contact you via a message. I doubt that’s legitimate. I’ve gotten a few messages saying “We’ll help you be pro” etc. If anything you can contact CS about it and they’ll tell you for sure. Goodluck! Edit: You should also probably report them. If they are trying to scam you they are doing it to others too!
  3. Yes as a seller I can see how this would be useful, it’ll be proof that buyer “read” but isn’t responding. But as a seller as well I can see how it’d be a nightmare. I am very non-confrontational and sometimes when I get intimidating/rude clients, rather than respond back I just let the message filter down into oblivion and don’t respond. So if they knew I read their message and was just ignoring them it would be worse I think. 🙂
  4. My only issue here is… “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I don’t remember anyone having problems or troubles with it, so why change something that was working so well? However, mine looks completely different than yours. I see you posted this on April 29th, I was on this morning and up until this evening it was the original for me.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who declines orders just because “I don’t want to do it” of course Its not really that… but I usually explain that I am already booked or not as familiar with their topic as others might be. If I don’t feel 100% certain that I can’t do their project perfectly, the I usually turn them away. I’m lucky enough to have clients to pick and choose from, but there are also times when I decline but the buyer nicely explains they’d still like to work with me, I usually try to go out of my way to fit them in. I actually have a Quick response saved that I use. Haha. It saves sooo much time.
  6. It shows what you will earn from your active orders AFTER Fiverr takes their cut. It says “expected” I think because it doesn’t have a way to track the tips you might earn too. That’s my guess! Haha
  7. It’s the second month I was nominated and not chosen. I really want to know what they are looking for because they send the same bland “these are things to make sure you have” messages after they tell you they’ll keep you at level 2. If I could just know exactly why I’m not being chosen I’d feel so much better. I worked so hard to get here now I feel stuck! :woman_facepalming:
  8. I think it is great the way you’ve written your closing gig statement. It’s detailed and I like that you have a few spots to write about their project specifically because it shows the buyer right away what you’ve done and that you’ve actually worked hard to deliver their order. That being said, “delighted” in this sentence really doesn’t work. That’s the only thing I think needs fixing? It’s truly a great closing gig message! I have several auto responses I use as well! They are great time-savers!

  10. I actually made this exact same post about a month or so ago. A woman had a family emergency and was unable to send me the information she wanted revised for 32 days. So it sat there… untouched… for 32 days. However, we still talked a little once a week about the revisions she knew she would need. I did two revisions with her, the first revision I sent back within 24 hours of when she requested it, the second was 30 days after. I still have 100% on-time delivery so I think you will be just fine. 🙂 Goodluck! I know it is frustrating having an order just sitting there. Haha
  11. My ability to travel while I work. This is the biggest thing for me. ✈️ I also love how it’s changed me personally too. Here I am much own boss, I had to learn to motivate myself and get work done. Now I’ve seen myself turn that into a habit. Instead of procrastinating on things, I just go get them done and over with. 💚
  12. I feel like it is going to get fixed then if enough people are sending tickets. I am sure they are aware of it already (hopefully). I’ve worked so hard this month dealing with both horrible clients and long orders, I don’t want to feel stressed that my work was for nothing! Haha.

  14. Um… I have $815 in pending clearance… Just got online and saw I had $0 pending clearance? What is going on? Can anyone calm me down before I have a heart attack? I’ve earned over 21k here and it’s saying it’s less than 1k now… What is going on! 😨

  16. I went from nothing to suddenly eight orders in my queue. It has to be the change in algorithm like you said. Although I am happy for the work, I would have at least liked a bit of mental preparation. 🙈
  17. Happy Fiverrversary! I see the cake by your name! As for the odd screen, I think there was an update a little while ago and it messed with everyone’s screen. I am sure someone can give you a better answer but you aren’t alone. However, losing the top bar I don’t know if that is completely normal. Like you can’t see it at all? Have you tried a different browser?
  18. I mean of course apply for Buyer Requests, but sometimes there are slow moments. Take this time to possibly make more samples and boost your gigs. There is no “right answer” when it comes to increasing sales here. Your reviews are good so I am sure you’ll be just fine as long as you continue to deliver quality work! 🙂 🍀
  19. As a seller, I did this today! I had two documents to load and only uploaded one. I wrote out my whole delivery message saying I had delivered both and everything. Thankfully they did exactly what you requested and I just resent it within the hour, but still the panic was there. :woman_facepalming:
  20. Yes but the order is around 12 days “late” due to the buyer waiting several days for each revision. I have already done one extension on the order because it was taking so long. Now they want to wait another 5 days… I don’t want to push them though, not if they are dealing with family troubles. I contacted CS to see what I should do. Edit: I had a “?” after “what I should do”. It was not a question, I have already contacted them. 😉 Haha.
  21. I have gotten a 5-star review once and all they put was (…) That’s right. It was 5 -star review “. . . . .” I thought it was nice of them to leave a review in the first place, so I won’t complain. 😁 Edit: But this was not my favorite review, not at all. 😉
  22. I always feel like I am asking obvious or ridiculous questions but with only ten days from evaluation I am starting to stress. We have been working on this book… since March 20th. She is on her third revision (out of four) but each time it’s take around 2 days for her to go through the book and tell me what she’d like fixed. (It’s a bit of a biography where every fact has to be exact. So these books take time and patience.) Now she can’t get back to me until this weekend. So it says on my dashboard “16 days ago” and I don’t think I have ever seen a revision request that high. Now if I have to wait 5 more days, which I will especially if she has family troubles. I don’t want to get penalized if they think I am just purposefully ignoring her order. 😬
  23. I’ve worked with a client for almost 3 years now. He has ordered 112 orders from me and leaves a review each time (he is that incredible). I haven’t had any warning or odd situations thus far. So I don’t think there will be a problem. 🙂
  24. I just came to the Forums to check and see if this was just me! I thought I was going insane for a moment. Fiverr does a lot of incredible things for me, but this update was not one of them. 😂
