I would remove “Quality and Results Oriented”.

The line “Personal Injury Representation” could use a larger font and be aligned to the left, having the capital “M” of the logo taken as reference for the alignment.

The line “A professional corporation” is too close to “M… Law Group”.
On the right it could be omitted.

I find that the centered text is visually “unstable”.
I would prefer a left alignment, also for the contact informations.

Thank you for your feedback! Our color scheme is black and white with the red added as a border on one of our pamphlets.

Do you think the folder is too boring with regards to background color and design?

I think that it’s fine.

Attorneys and law firms are quite conservative in terms of visual identity.

One could say that there are many kinds of black, and many kinds of white.

For example, you could have a black with a minimal shade of red, or a slightly warmer white.

However we’re talking of printed material, and a lot of the effect depends upon the support.
