Another Buyer's Request Suggestion

I know this has been brought up before, but want to give it a other try. I like using this feature but I want a filter system so I can mark the level of sellers that can bid.

As an example, before submitting, I can choose level 2 & TRS or newbies or PRO only. There are times I’d perfer to only work with higher level, other times any level

I posted $60 project (article writing) where none of the over 45 bidders were qualified.

If I could have selected level 2 and higher, I believe my results would have been better.
