Fiverr canceled a delivered 5* order and Customer Services doesn't reply. What can I do to get a response?

Hi everyone,

I need some help from the Forum as Fiverr Customer Service doesn’t seem willing to help me. Almost two weeks ago, one of my clients ordered a gig. He is new on Fiverr and he was not sure whether he had processed one order or two. He was pretty sure that he had paid twice for the same order, although I only received a single order. I recommended him to contact customer service to check if he had paid twice for the same order. I went ahead and delivered the order. I received a five star review from the client. Two or three days later, Fiverr canceled my order and payment without any explanation. I have written twice to customer service and waited for almost two weeks… no answer. Could anyone suggest me what to do in this case, please?
