My delivery rating drooped to 19%

I’m new in fiverr and recently i got 5 orders in 3 days. I didn’t know that being late on delivery will drop my rating. It wasn’t my fault the buyer wasn’t available at online that time and i needed more info that is how i became late. it made my rating 19% only. Now i’m not getting any order from 4 days even not any massage from the buyer request. Really it feels so weird. Can someone help me what to do now to increase my rating ?

The only thing you can do is to deliver your gigs on time from now on. It might be difficult to get orders with a low rating, but when you do get one, deliver it on time. The rating will eventually improve itself.
