I’m tried to withdraw my money using revenue card but i’m not recieving an instruction mail from fiverr.Please help.

do you apply for revinew card if you are then activate it after that associate your card with your fiverr account

you have to follow the instruction as given by the fiver system so you can done a successful transaction.
