avrora Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 I see on some orders with review there is no picture for portfolio. So I’m wondering if it’s me doing something wrong or do buyers forbid to use their delivery for portfolio?
wuerz123 Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 You can go to:SellingGigsActive: there are your active Gigs.The arrow to the right of each Gig will open a small menu.The last item of that menu is “Live Portfolio” you can check and uncheck that as you wishOn the other hand, if you did that already, the Live Portfolio will show files delivered as JPEG,PNG or even PDF. Not sure about other formats!Best!
miiila Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 During the review process the buyer can untick a field, if they do not wish the work they bought from you to be displayed (by default it’s ticked).
