Seller Blocked or Deleted Account?

I’m not sure an option to delete your Account exists, at least without asking the Fiverr’s Customer Support to do so.

That message is usually displayed when the Seller’s account is disabled by Fiverr for breaking the ToS.

Even if the Seller blocked you, you could still see his/hers account.

Some other possibilities: account is temporarily disabled because of suspicious activity, or it’s a bug. If that’s the case (either temporarily disabled account or a bug), you might be able to contact the seller at some later time, once the situation was cleared up or the bug was resolved.
