Important update from Fiverr. If you are experiencing an issue accessing Fiverr.com due to use of Malwarebytes software, there is a quick and easy workaround until the issue is resolved. Please click on “Manage Exclusions” (see attached image), add *.fiverr.com to the exclusion list, and you will be able to log into Fiverr.com without any further issues. We are in touch with Malwarebytes support and will keep you updated once this has been resolved.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

I did not get what it is about Actually 😏

This would only apply to you if you had Malwarebytes software installed and had either used it to run a scan or possibly had a real-time protection toggled on. If that applied to you, you might have trouble logging into Fiverr due to a temporary issue with Malwarebytes. The screen shot by @sheana_fcs shows you how to use a workaround.

If you don’t use Malwarebytes software and don’t have it installed at all, this wouldn’t apply to you. No worries. 🙂

Every one would be very thankful to know what’s the reason behind only this software is flagging this website as spam? @sheana_fcs

It has to do with the website security certification.

COMODO provides the SSL certs for Fiverr.com

When there’s a discrepancy with the encryption keys, anti-malware software might raise a false-positive flag.

So both the anti-malware software database and certification will need updating.
