There is a possibility that buyer must have given you not a good private review which is why your gigs seems to be pushed back in the search results and you are not getting clicks or impressions. You don't have to optimize your gigs every week.. Just improve your gig galleries. Also, start using your Digital Marketing skills for yourself.

Once you set your gig prices at $80 (starting price because Fiverr has set this price for WordPress category), then your gigs will start getting impressions and clicks. Otherwise you will have very few impressions/clicks or even no visibility on search results.

It's not disabled, it's just moved to the respective tab which is Seller Details tab.

Hi too You can change your gig title but your gig URL won't be changed. It will remain permanent. So be careful while editing your gig title. If you have not gotten any order in that gig then it is recommended to delete that gig and create it again but using the right gig title. You have copied the same primary gig image and gig description of "I will design that thing you need" gig. Why? Other seller who is a TRS has already this style of image and gig description so better to remove your gig image and change your gig description.

No opinion because I have never faced any issue in using Payoneer (both Bank Transfer and Revenue Card). Bank Transfer is already a part of Payoneer so there is no possibility to add a separate payment method i.e. Bank Transfer. Also, what kind of issues are you facing in Payoneer?
