  1. What is the key factors of decreasing impressions and clicks and what is the effective mechanism to deal with decreasing Impressions and Clicks?

As experience sellers know well that Fiverr is a buyer's centric platform and it supports only the buyers in any dispute with the sellers whatever the case may be, therefore, I wish to know from the most experienced sellers that "if a buyer intentionally refuses the delivery with no grounds and keeps pressing the revision button and the CS refused to intervene (as the same happened in my last order) what would be the remedy with the Seller?

You are right and I have become the victim of the buyer's scam, I tried my best to get the intervention of CS but they flatly refused to intervene and consequently the same happened which you stated in your first Para. Now, My OCR rate is affected as well and the impressions are also going down rapidly whereas the CS has no reply to my questions and the unfair treatment. I would be obliged if you could help to diminish or get out of this scenario so my impressions can be better. Thank you.

Sellers Have to Fight To Defeat the Scam Buyers: My recent experience working as a Seller on this Forum reveals this forum only protects the buyer all so-called rules and regulations are just applicable to the Seller and all the relief is only for the Buyer, Fiverr has no mediator role but performs and takes action against the Seller arbitrarily. Hence, the Sellers are extremely insecure and hostile in the hands of buyers because of Fiverr's undue support to the Buyers. I would say keep writing and record your protest against such discrimination and arbitrary rules of Fiverr on all available forums unless the Forum resolves the Seller's issue. Speak for your rights, speak for not to be a victim in the hands of scam buyers.
  5. My recent communication/request for assistance with the CS regarding the blackmailing of undue revisions by the buyer of order #00000000000. But the CS refused to help me out and said to resolve it mutually with the buyer; But just amazed to see the cancellation order with the following Fiverr messages (not a message but a threat): Hi mianabidqayyum, Your account has been flagged for using the delivery button to send incomplete, partial, or an empty delivery. To provide a pleasant buyer/seller experience, please deliver the requested work within the agreed upon time frame. Abusing the delivery button is a violation of our Terms of Service, and harms the integrity of our marketplace. We recommend that you change or extend your delivery time within the order if you are unable to meet the deadline. For more information, please review our Terms of Service. This is your first warning. If you repeat this violation or continue to violate Fiverr's TOS, your account will be restricted. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out at https://support.fiverr.com The above message shows that the buyer has all the rights and the seller has none, the buyer is secure in all situations whatever he does but for Fiverr, the seller is wrong in all the cases whether he did or not. I delivered the order within the time and revised but the buyer kept on blackmailing me and asking for cancellation in the name of a refund and was surprised to see Fiverr help him to blackmail me with a threat of blocking my account. Instead of flagging the Buyer's account for using revisions as a tool for harassing me after delivery and even after providing one free revision, the forum made me a victim of buyer's scam. Is it just and fair? Do I have no rights and security as a Fiverr Seller?

I'm really fed up and badly tortured in the hands of the buyer he's repeatedly and continuously pressing the revision button with two words like feedback "Please Refund" which is impossible for me and now I'm delivering the same document but it is badly affecting my impressions and clicks. I'm not getting how to get rid of the buyer's harassment because the CS is not responding to me. It is the 4th day they have not answered me. I don't know what to do further.

Yes for him the whole document is defective because he does not have a common with English, I have asked him several times to point out or highlight the areas/lines or para that he feels are unnecessary, but instead of doing that, he's alleging me a racist....what a joke....... anyway, you may share the solution if any.
  8. I have delivered the project 4 times and the buyer without reading and checking immediately asks for revisions in just few minutes of delivery.

Hi, I'm facing a problem with a buyer who's intentionally and repeatedly asking for undue revisions, he's not even ready for the delivered documents and asking either for a refund or for revisions. I spent two days on his project to deliver him an agreement exceeding 3000 words as per his demands and he's asking for revisions with no feedback and comments. Although I'm quite flexible about any revision his intentions are something else and the buyer alleging me for those statements which I haven't made. It seems he does not know English and translates my messages each time and resultantly could not understand the delivered document in English and now alleging racism and all nonsense. I need your help and support to handle the situation as I have sent the same to customer support and got no reply so far. Please help how I can avoid this conflicting scenario and avoid the same buyer in the name of revision and cancellation.
  10. You have just described the problem but haven't mentioned the solution if the buyer is asking for unlimited revisions again and again with bad intentions just to harras the seller and grab his money then what's the remedy with the seller? what should he do?
  11. Following is one of the replies from Fiverr Support on the topic; My name is Tia and I'll happily take it from here. In case your current Payoneer account is not connected to your USD bank account, you will need to remove this Payoneer application and register again a new one, where you will link your USD bank account to your Payoneer account. This reply of the support team reveals that it is possible to withdraw in USD but practically it doesn't seem possible I'll try again to attach my USD A/c by replacing it with PKR. If anyone did it successfully please share your experience.
  12. Hi everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to withdraw the funds in a Pakistani USD account. I have a dollar bank account and once I tried to attach this foreign currency account, I couldn't do it successfully. The problem is that I want to keep my earnings in USD and don't want to receive by conversion in PKRs and secondly when we draw the funds in Pak Rupees Ac. the Payoneer conversion rate is below the open market rate which causes a considerable loss if the earning are healthy. So what is the solution please advise. Thank you.
