  1. So, this has been a bug in the old system, but I see that it has not been fixed in the new system. The condition for this metric states: That is not true. If you get a message at 6am and respond at 11am, your response rate will go down. I am well sure I am not the only one to bring that up, and it has never been addressed, so what gives?
  2. Even if for the sake of argument they did leave a bad private review, there is no possibility for anybody to reflect and improve. Because it's private. You just have to stumble around like a blind puppy in hopes that one day you will trigger some ghost metric that constitutes "client satisfaction".
  3. Fantastic post. I'm scared to imagine how badly Fiverr must have fumbled the private reviews given all the deficiencies of the current design.
  4. Yes, I can't make any sense of this new system at all. Since this new system has been introduced to my UI, I had been receiving feedback that indicates the communication and satisfaction have been excellent (and they have, wink-wink, my line of work is somewhat niche). God knows if the private reviews have anything to do with that, but they've been repeat customers for a while so it's hard to imagine they would brick my gig after tipping. Success score of 5 would indicate that a lot of things went wrong. Fiverr staff and support being less transparent and coherent than chatGPT is what leaves me with little to no hope for this platform.
  5. It's insulting that Fiverr gaslights its crowd by explicitly misinforming people that the new system "brings more transparency". This is the exact opposite of transparency, regardless of whether the private reviews is a good thing or a bad thing.
  6. Yep, that happened to me too. Went from 6 to 5 after finishing a milestones order with a repeat customer. Prior to that, another repeat customer (no rating left, just accepted the delivery) and a 5 star review before that.
