  1. No, and to be frank, I don't really care much. I am 'stuck' at score of 6 and I already passed the Top rated target for the rest of the metrics. As long as clients contact me, it is fine.
  2. I like the promoted gig overall. It helps me quite a lot. I set my cpc cap to auto (the cpc is 0.33$ each click) and for every dollar spent I earn 13-14 usd on average. My daily budget is 1-3$ if I am very busy, otherwise I put it somewhere between 5 or more.
  3. First, I apologize for my writing, I see I made some mistakes (I meant big projects not new projects). If Fiverr is 100% of your income than you are in trouble. Fiverr changing an algorithm is similar to have a new boss. Like a work place. Look for freelance competitors platforms and other ways to reduce your dependence on one platform.
  4. Thank you for the post. I also see a decrease in my success score even though my reviews are stellar. I am usually working on new projects and extensions in delivery dates can be common from plenty of reasons (client wants to do more tests etc). My success score is getting lower 5-6 and I have to prepare for the worst case. I will start migrating to other freelance platforms.
  5. Okay, I researched it a bit more and I think that these metrics are also affected by other factors such as delivery extensions and if the customer accepted your delivery or the delivery was automatically accepted. I do agree with you that previous algorithm was easier to level up. I also don't get too many orders each month and I only accept quality orders (I started to receive more serious customers once I increased the prices). I try not to focus too much on my gig ranks (perhaps I will check how I can become a Fiverr pro) and only focus getting good customers. If I see an increase in sales and quality orders each month, I really don't care if I am level 1 or level 2 seller. I say - try to experiment with the prices and see what happens. Sometimes setting higher prices will make your brand seem more lucrative (customers will think that you are more professional than others). Also, it will also help you deliver better work since you will have a greater motivation to finish successfully (you will feel your time is more valued). I did work for maybe 10-15$ an hour and I wasn't motivated. Now I do work for 55$ an hour and I don't mind to go the extra mile to make my client happy.
  6. HI 🙂 Under the success score, in the client satisfaction area I also have a negative impact. All these areas are basically ratios and once the ratio is above a certain threshold it will provide with a different impact/score. I was also a buyer and I am aware of the hidden reviews. And as a seller I am almost sure someone gave me a not-so-good hidden review. What I did to improve that? I increased my prices so I could avoid these type of buyers (Usually they were buyers that wanted a lot for a cheap price). 2 days ago my Client Satisfaction area was 'strongly negative impact' and after delivering 2 orders and getting 5 stars it changed to 'Negative impact' and my order cancellations area jumped to 'positive impact'. And my gig has 15 5 star reviews (and overall 25 order done). So from that, you need to have at least X amount of orders overall and the ratios for each area should be above a certain threshold. As long as you don't see a reduction in number of orders you shouldn't be worry too much for now. Just try to avoid the problematic buyers.
  7. Hi everyone 🙂 I will share my story on Fiverr so far as someone that is kinda new here. At first, I didn't pay Fiverr much attention, especially as a very new seller without reviews. In my first 3 months, I was earning maybe 100$ each month from a few gigs here and there. In my next 3 months, I got a few bigger clients and I earned somewhere between 500$ to 700$ each month. During that time, I updated my gig description, title etc almost once every 1-2 weeks. I looked for different strategies to attract more buyers. Also in my 6th month, I started using gig promotion. Previous month, January (my 7th month of playing on Fiverr 🙂 ), I finally passed the 1000$ mark. My plan for February is to double that and there is a very good chance for it to happen. I do not know what will happen on March but time will tell. From January I started choosing my clients more carefully (looking more for quality and professional buyers). I rather have a few great clients that I can form strong connections with them, rather than many clients. I will update after 1 year here again 🙂
