  1. What if I have a good ranked gig as an individual and I switched to agency? Will the empire fall off?
  2. Hi, I am Noushad. I am facing managing my work alone, so I was thinking if I can share (with my trusted ones) my Fiverr profile credentials so that they can also contribute on the work/client handling. Can you give me a detailed explanation/help/advice? Thanks a lot in advance!

  4. The prime crown. A dream of every Fiverr seller. I sometimes wonder why top-rated badge is so hard to catch even after completing the eligibility. Some wait for 5 years, some for 3–6 months, and some may be quicker than those. I think the final level of a game should obviously have some spice to it. Why not enjoy the game unconditionally?
  5. Hello sweet people, I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out today because I recently observed something wrong with a past collaboration, and I could really use some guidance and advice from fellow freelancers. Around 10 months ago, I had an order with a client where we both agreed on the project requirements and I delivered the work as per our agreement. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I had to take a sudden and unexpected long break from work. During this time, the client requested a revision, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to respond or address their request as I was unaware of their messages. In fact, I was out of internet, and yes, I was mentally exhausted and completely forgot about the order. Upon returning to Fiverr, I was disheartened to see that the order had been automatically completed, and the client had left a negative review expressing their dissatisfaction. I take great pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction, so receiving this negative feedback has been quite upsetting. I have attached the review left by the client for reference. I completely forgot and was super busy in schedules that I didn't notice it properly until I saw it recently this week. Now, I'm wondering if there is any way to rectify this situation and possibly assist the buyer further. Is there a process for addressing past collaboration issues and potentially removing negative reviews? I would greatly appreciate any insights, advice, or experiences that you can share on this matter. Thank you in advance for your help and support. Best regards, Noushad
  6. Hey there @amazon_24 , sorry to hear about your experience. Dealing with automatic orders and cancellations can be frustrating. If you're not a Seller Plus Premium member, there are still some friendly practices that I personally use and you can implement to minimize these occurrences: Clearly outline your gig requirements: Make sure your gig description is detailed and outlines all the necessary requirements. This can help potential buyers understand what's expected before placing an order. Use the FAQ section: Utilize the FAQ section in your gig to address common questions and concerns. By providing clear answers upfront, you can help filter out buyers who may not be the right fit for your services. example: (IMPORTANT: Please don't order if you didn't texted me yet. Go to my profile and click on "Contact me" to start conversation with me.) I hope these tips help! Hang in there, and I'm sure things will improve. Best of luck!
  7. Hello @mohsin_rizz I just got the same notification as yours. I was trying to find something related on the internet and I got your post now. I am not sure either. My guess is: The evaluation team is currently focusing on reviews for freelancers in high-demand categories. The list of these categories will be dynamically updated. They took a lot of manual check in order to confirm the quality and observes your effort. Once they feel okay with you they might send you a notification to verify that you are eligible for what you are selling. Just wanted to know: what is your update now? Have you done your test? and did they contacted you or something?
