    Hi all.

I am trying to enable the withdrawing of funds from my seller account on mobile. I got this guidance from Fiverr about it, seen in the 1st screenshot.

I am going to My Business > Earnings, and I already have several withdrawals, as can be seen in the 2nd screenshot, so why is it not allowing me to withdraw from my mobile app?

It's not a bug some options are available only in desktop lik withdrawl and gig edit etc

For the last two-three days, only Fiverr shows the "Fiverr" text, instead of the buyer's name or user name in the notification. So we cannot know without browsing the app, who is sending the message?

May be it's a feature instead of bug!

So i fell victim to hackers like others here, yesterday i noticed through the Fiverr app, that my account was sending DM's to people, i also noticed my nickname was changed and my logo. I was still in time to notice that my account was compromised, i quickly changed my password and transferred any funds to my Paypal account just to be sure it was safe... Now my account has been restricted by Fiverr stating there was something shady going on with my account and that it violated the TOS. 15 hours later, still hear nothing, i luckily was between orders, but i can't do anything right now. I have asked for support (ticket #11959198). But seeing that is basically run automatically with A.I. I have no hope this will be recovered sadly.

I think you have to contact Fiverr support team manually and explain everything clearly. They will love to help you @Lena mam

I have a problem verifying my ID from the mobile app. When I try to take a photo of my ID card, it says the ID verification process requires camera access. However, in the app manager, under the app list for the Fiverr app, the permissions only show phone and storage. I can't find any solution to verify my identity. Please help.

You will have to discuss with the Fiverr Support regarding your issue. But chances are high that flagged account issue will remain permanent. If you have done nothing wrong, then they might lift that.. So only Fiverr Support can answer your question.

And definitely, your account is flagged so your gigs won't be visible on search results. Work with your old buyers if have any.

Secondly, Fiverr never flags account without any reason. You must have done something wrong so reach out to them and ask for the explanation.

At Fiverr, we pride ourselves in championing the new era of working from anywhere, anytime. Recently, we’ve heard that there’s been some confusion about what triggers a flag for location inconsistencies, so here’s what you should know:

All users are required to have their accurate country displayed on their profile. This helps buyers make informed decisions and avoids complications such as language barriers and time zone differences. Misrepresenting your location for any reason is against our Terms of Service and any suspicious location patterns will be flagged.

The following actions are not against our policies and will not trigger a location flag:

    • Switching your working devices
    • Using a wifi source different than your usual one
    • Traveling and working from another city or country

To avoid a location flag, we advise informing Customer Success if and when you move to a different country. Keep in mind, they may ask for documentation and will update your profile accordingly.

Keeping your location accurate is crucial, and failure to do so can result in a location flag. If you have any account-specific questions about location inconsistencies, please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

Thank you very much @Kesha for this detailed guide

    Message to the Fiverr Community

    Dear Fiverr Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a growing concern regarding fraudulent activities that are targeting our community. It has come to my notice that several individuals are using fake links, logos, and names associated with Fiverr to scam unsuspecting users into making payments.

    Example of Fraudulent Activity

One such example is the link: https://fiverr-verifuid.com/253491135. This link appears to be a legitimate verification page for Fiverr users, but it is, in fact, a scam designed to steal personal information and money. PFA

    Nature of the Fraud

    These fraudulent activities typically involve:

    • Fake Verification Links: Users are asked to verify their accounts via links that look similar to official Fiverr pages.
    • Payment Requests: Scammers ask for payments under the guise of account verification, job completion, or other deceptive reasons.
    • Use of Fiverr Branding: They use Fiverr’s logo and branding to appear authentic and trustworthy.

    Urgent Call for Action

    For the Community:

    1. Stay Vigilant: Always double-check URLs and avoid clicking on suspicious links.
    2. Report Suspicious Activities: If you come across any suspicious links or activities, report them immediately to Fiverr support.
    3. Educate Others: Spread the word within the community to prevent others from falling victim to these scams.

For Fiverr Support Team: I urge the Fiverr support team to take decisive action against these fraudulent activities. Specifically:

    1. Enhanced Monitoring: Implement more robust monitoring to detect and eliminate such scams promptly.
    2. Awareness Campaigns: Launch awareness campaigns to educate users about identifying and avoiding scams.
    3. Verification of URLs: Ensure that users can easily verify the authenticity of URLs associated with Fiverr.

    Closing Thoughts

It is essential for all of us to work together to maintain the integrity and safety of our community. By staying vigilant and taking prompt action, we can protect ourselves and others from falling victim to these deceitful schemes.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
