    And you wouldn't believe, he earns $5 for each referral. He made $135 using my service and my charge was only $25. He even sent screenshot of his dashboard.

    After he got everything I promised, he decided to cancel the order. I rejected the cancellation twice in a row. I was constantly chatting with him.

    Then, all of a sudden, I got this e-mail:

    I don't know how this order got cancelled without my consent. Also, that "click here" does not work at all.

    Such a poor system for workers. I got robbed. This was my first order and he ruined it.

    Help me. What do I do?

    Reviews aren't generally changed. If the buyer goes to change the review on his own, that might also get you in trouble. I had this happen, and I received an account warning without doing anything or telling the buyer to change the review. So.. the best thing is to reply to the review, tell people it was just a mistake and move on. If you want it changed, there can be consequences.

    I tried to explain to him that I only have one account which is the case for real, while they kept saying that the case was reviewed by a relevent team. 
    My question is, do Fiverr know that there is something called a shared connection, and that multiple devices can have the same public IP address by using the same public WiFi ? Or they are just banning people based on suspicion ?
    I have been working effotlessly on this account for more than 2 years, conforming to the platform's policy, and this is how I am going to be rewarded ?

    It is really annoying when they just ignore your messages and close tickets without responding !!

    I have an account since 2021 and Fiverr told me to verify my account unfortunately I verified it with my own National Identification Card(NIN) but they don't accept it. Is last year I verified it they have temporarily blocked the account.  

     

    I have contacted them to send send me the link to verify it back but they refused. Can someone help or guide me with this.
