    Please remove extensions from your browser. Fiverr algorithm detect that you are using extensions. So it maybe cause to account suspension. After removing extensions then try again a few hours later. If this error still stand up then inform us with details. Maybe we will able to find solution

    first First thing is that Fiverr does not allow more then one profile on one cumputer, you need separate computers for each ID . Second thing is that Fiverr does not allow to sale same thing from same family, mean you and your brother should have different skill for selling different services on fiverr third thing is that you can delete you Account and you can create a new profile with same phone number and with different Gmail ID. I hope you understand

    Yes, your questions are understandable. Fiverr should to protect seller Balance. He is taking 20% so it should to protect our payment system. Last thing is that Buyer reported about you delivery so once a buyer report within 14 days of order cancel then fiverr will cancel your order and funds will go back to buyer bank so i think it is true that your buyer reported about you order delivery , but it is very sad,

    Fiverr replaced this option with Get brief. Go to Gig tab, then you can see an option of Get Brief, So enable this option with a brief budget. I hope you understand .

    between 16 October to 26 October  , I face 3 Order cancellation  within 10 days.

    Due to overload of work i was unable to finish job within given time so it was reason od order cancel .

    after this period i don't face any cancelation and not i made any changings in my gig . a 6 month ago i just changed my gig description and image.

     

    Know i don't know why still it is in de drank period.

      Yes my orders was drastically fallen.  no, my orders was not consistent during this period.

       

       

       

      another thing is that i got notification that run ads your gigs in free 10$.   what is will helpful for my gigs?

      and what are disadvantages after getting this free $10 ads

      Promoted Gigs usually don't help if you aren't already visible in search. You could try it though, and stop after the $10 is used up.

    i need help about my gig ranking

     

    more then 90 days are going to spend , nut only two to three new customers was coming.   but my old customers was placing orders again and again.   nut any new customer.     main thing is that my gigs are not on ranking page , they are not showing in search results. if make a filter then they are showing . 

     

     

    so i like your friendly communication so please vickieito help me. please

      i received 20plus orders  in 15 days but now no any new orders from new customers ,   i thought i is manual . but more then 90 days are gone pass and no new customers are coming

      There are some times when you will only be working with repeat customers (and no orders seem to come from new sellers).

      I think it's wonderful that you got 20 orders in 15 days! Treat your repeat customers like gold because it's them who will carry you through the slower periods of time like now.

    It is normal. Be patient. Soon your gig will reach to right audience. I suggest you please don't change gig tital and tags. You can change gig discription and gig imagine. But not try to change gig tital and tags. I hope you understand

    I want to improve my gig discription. I feel something is wrong in my gig discription as not good English. English used in gig look like a poor. So if I improve my gig discription will temporary effect on my gig ranking?
