I do agree with friends bad private review might be the main reason. However normally it last for 3 months. Might be you have received more than one in 3- 4 months which is causing the waterfall effect. 6 5-star rating my friend out of 8 orders is less(25% of clients are not satisfied). As per Fiverr, we should work for 5-star ratings in all the orders. This I think is the reason why you getting less brief and your promotion has been suspended for some time. Also after we get 8 5-star ratings in 8 orders the most important is the private feedback which is not disclosed to us as a seller. So quality is more important than quantity. If you mean adding more the 3 images in Gig Gallery. Then you can add One video, 3 images and 2 document(Pdf only). If you want to add more then 3 images you can convert the images into pdf and add them. Thanks

That's bad. Hope it ranks again soon. Apart from promoting your gig on social media. What I would have done is I would have analyzed the reason behind the negative reviews. Identify the root cause of bad reviews. Is it one of the clients (bad luck)? or Is it a skill issue? Or communication? Or Over committing etc. While trying different methods to help rank my gig again I would have utilized the time in hand to identify the issue and work on it as well. It's simple. Think of your gig as a shop. How do you attract buyers? (1) First by making it attractive from the outside so that people passing by notice it. So work on your gig thumbnail and gig title. Once they do find it attractive they will enter your shop(Click on the gig link). (2) Now you should have all your product in place with proper descriptions. Again it should be attractive and professional. So work on gig video, description, competitive price etc (3) Have salesmen who will answer all their questions promptly and give them all the details they looking for. Maintain a Response time of less than an hour(Reply as fast as possible). Answer all their questions promptly and with respect as a professional. Understanding their need and presenting your product as a solution. Dont push. (4) Offer the best service which will exceed their expectations. Will help in word-of-mouth publicity. In Fiverr if the clients are satisfied we get Great ratings/reviews/ Tips/ personal reviews. This will help the Fiverr algorithm to understand you doing a good job and thus will send more traffic to your gig. I use both PayPal and Payoneer. Both are good and very easy to set up. I don't think Payoneer charges are high. Last I compared they are kind of the same. Thanks
