  2. The subscription feature in Fiverr is wonderful. But I am afraid to use it what if a client decides to withdraw before subscription completion? Then will it affect my performance matrices? For example, if a client takes a 6-month subscription from me and cancels the subscription after 4 months. Then will it affect my performance on Fiverr? And will it count as order cancellation?
  3. As you have joined after a long time a lot of things have changed in Fiverr. First of all, you need to check whether your gig images/videos/ descriptions are up to date or not. You can do that by checking the gigs which are currently ranking on the keywords. Don't copy just see what they are doing which is making them outshine others. Also, I will suggest you promote your gig on different platforms. You can even have a word with the customer care department so that they look into the situation and help you out as I think Fiverr dint had a "Set availability" feature back then. Thanks
  4. As suggested by friends above. The cash advance option is based on your performance and is given to grow your Fiver business. It's mostly given when Fiverr sees potential in a seller and wants to help him to grow their business so that they can handle more clients. It's a win-win for both Fiverr and Seller. As both will have more business and satisfied clients. So I think we need to work on our gig and the service we offer to attract more buyers to improve our performance on Fiverr. If you not getting impressions I will suggest promoting your gig on social media platforms or any other platform. Thanks

They were very cooperative and it was not my mistake so they took care of the negative impact on Order completion. And there is no impact on my stats, impressions.. etc. Thanks for your help.   9. So I am in a situation I am a Level 2 seller. Client order by mistake. While sending a dispute he mentioned that. I accepted the cancellation(was my first cancellation). Now I see a negative impact on my Order Completion rate. It was not my mistake. I have sent a request to customer care and waiting for their response. I am worried (1) Will this be rectified? If yes then is this the right procedure or do I have to do something else as this was not my fault? (2) If it gets rectified Will my performance get a hit? like is low impression or gig not ranking etc? Please suggest.
  10. Just a small feedback before I proceed. The audio was not clear so I had to listen to it twice or thrice to understand what you meant. The text I believe is more clear and everyone can understand it. Coming back to the topic To reconfirm you want Fiverr to include the order date on the search list so that we can choose the order of a specific date. It will be helpful if in case we have multiple orders from the same client. Will make life more easy and will be faster to navigate. I agree with you. Will help in searching and saving time.   11. Contacting outside of Fiverr is against the TOS of Fiverr. Fiverr as a platform offers everything messaging, file sharing, video calling, safe money transfer, safety for both parties etc. The list is long. I don't see any need of going out of Fiverr to connect with my clients. However, If the client insists then tell the client that you respect the TOS of Fiverrrr and would request you to kindly do the same. Thanks

  13. I agree with you. I gave suggestions thinking that he/she is an expert in his field. And if someone is good at what they do then sooner or later they will find their way to the top. Provided they follow basic rules. And yes I agree with you. One needs to choose the service they offering smartly. If possible choose the one with less competition.   14. As per my experience. Fiverr gives you enough chance to showcase your talent. By continuously making your gig visible to a few clients for a couple of months (after joining and later as well). That is the max Fiverr can do. Now is the time when you have to attract the buyer with various tools that Fiverr provides you. Gig video/ images, gig description, Gig Title, work experience, competitive price.... etc basically provide you a platform to showcase your talent on why they should hire you. It's the same as you will choose a seller out of 10 professionals when you need some work done. That is the time when you build your authority by making a sale. Making Fiverr think you are good at attracting clients and making sales. So if you have not made any sales since you joined in the last 3 months. I would suggest you work on your Fiverr profile and gig details(This is important). Watch/ Research top/pro professionals seller's gigs in your category on Fiverr. See what different they are doing and make the changes in your gig. Dont, copy. Also apart from that you can even do social media marketing, to attract Clients on Fiverr. Hope that helped. Thanks
  15. So to check I uploaded whatever dimension files(best) I had prepared for "my work portfolio". Assuming the dimension are not mentioned that means it will accept whatever best I have provided total size should be below 50 MB. I uploaded 1920 X 1080 gif and Two jpg images 2552 X 3580 pixels. And it worked. They perfectly aligned together. Thanks a lot, everyone for you'r help. :)
  16. Thanks for sharing the details. I appreciate that. I checked the above details and the link shared. However these are general details for images on Fiverr Gig. I am looking specifically for "my work portfolio" video/ gif/ image. Like, for example, the intro video for the best results is 1280X720, and for gig video for the best results video should be 1920X1080. Also if in case I consider the above solution, that is only for images. However in "my work portfolio" we can upload images/gifs/videos(apologies for not mentioning that in my statement).
  17. I am planning to upload my work portfolio. While uploading I can see the required file Format and Max size of the file. However I don't see the required aspect ratio or resolution of the file for the best results. Like 1920 X 1080 or 1280 X 720 etc. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks

  20. I am a Level 2 seller. Have been getting orders regularly however the growth is very slow. Recently gig impressions went down drastically and promotions have been paused for further notice(Fiverr does it every month on my account). Most of my clients are repeat buyers(that might be because of the good service I am providing). I have an overall 5-star rating. Can you help me understand what is wrong with my account? Why the sales are not increasing? What extra do I need to do so that I can boost my sales. Thanks
  21. If your gig has clicks and no order then please check your gig thumbnail, video, description and pricing. You can observe other top-rated seller's gigs ( don't copy anything). Just to see what they have done right what your gig is missing. Hope this helps . Thanks
  22. I had the same issue. My account was showing online in my sellers page . However when I was checking my gig in buyers page via keyword etc. It was showning offline. I researched for a while. I realized that I changed my gig description. After brainstorming I realised copy pasting bullet points. Deleted them and added fiverr bullet points. And the problem is resolved now. Please check if you did any such changes. Might solve the problem. :)
