  1. There was a time when I was ranking at #1 for most of the keywords, now my gig is hidden from all of the place (not in 20 pages). I had an argument with a client and cancelled the order and suddenly (very next hour) my gig was hidden & not showing at all. After that I completed around 7-10 jobs with 5star and some of them tipped me as well. But that didn't help and still not getting any new queries, and gig is not showing even in 20 pages. Any solutions?
  2. A 100% similar case with me. I was ranking at #1 for most of the keywords & suddenly after one single order cancellation gig was hidden from even 20 pages Any solutions? After getting deranked, I completed around 10 projects & most of them gave me the tip as well which is quite a good thing for fiverr ranking factors. But that didn't help. suggestions please?
  3. If you open my profile, I've two gigs that fall almost under the same category, but the purpose is to target different type of business e.g : one is a website other is a blog any thoughts on this? it will prevent me from getting a TRS badge?

  8. Fiverr has a quick note option inside the order page. Isn't that useful? I don't know much about it, but I use it alot to have a better memory while gathering the useful information from a looooooong chat.
  9. "I totally understand the fraustration" this is something Fiverr support starts when you request a resolution for such a thing lol 😂 by the way, cancellation is the only option. I know it hurts the metrics but still it's better than hanging on with that useless order

  11. That is something I always think of, when I get a strange client and orders automatically. Once there was a client, he literally fought during the conversation and then ordered me just to tell me a lesson. And cancelled the order next day, and he did this thrice.

  13. I’ve seen many people in Facebook groups & LinkedIn mentioning that their order is cancelled and the order completion rate drops from 100 to 90 for someone it could be different at all. What is the background story of this? Actually Fiverr has a window of 60 days and your current stats are showing the history of order completion, response rate and others within those 60 days Let’s dig more into that For an example, you have completed 10 orders in past 60 days and your order completion is 100% if your 1 order cancelled, it may drop to 90% and now with the time passes, your 10 completed orders will start getting out of 60 days window and now your order completion rate will automatically be decreasing unless you don’t complete the order or your cancelled order completely gets out of 60 days window. so this is a quick formula to understand. I hope it’ll help newbies or even people like me

  18. I started FIverr in 2018, so it's almost 4 years now. I would describe Fiverr in one word than other platforms is "Autopilot". What would you say to it?

Another thing I'd like to add to it, When we extend the delivery or perform similar task in Resolution center, Fiverr calls it a dispute & sometime the clients with some high temper, they calls out, WHY YOU OPENED THE DISPUTE ON ORDER lol.. SO I think they should use some comfortable language. This is just a suggestion

  21. There are several options that are missing from the Fiverr Platforms, one of them is the Hourly System to charge the customers. I believe that Fiverr should introduce the hourly system. There are many clients which wanted me to charge them per hour, but I couldn't do that because we don't have any option in Fiverr. What other options that you guys think Fiverr should have?

  23. I couldn't resist sharing this, the month May was one of the best month of 2022 till date. I had the most desired clients which paid the amount that the work deserves. I have a very good experience of closing clients but recently I experienced below When you receive the custom offer request in inbox, don't create an offer immediately, must initiate a proper conversation If the client is a Fiverr Business Client, Do have a voice/Video call. Dot the I's & cross the T's, don't leave anything considering it an obvious thing Listen to your Client's goals effectively & must prepare some questions & notes Then answer them one by one to help your client in understanding DO NOT TELL THE EXACT PRICING OVER A CALL. I usually discuss the rough estimates over a call & then prepare a quotation on Fiverr Messaging system, So everything should be mentioned I may have missed some points, but this is kinda summary of what I've been doing to sell my service as a high ticket product. Please share your opinions as well. Kudos
