Sorry to say I don't agree with it, If your gig fully optimized with proper title, proper keyword, proper description, proper price range then the gig will defenitly ranked on the 1st page

Don't worry about it, it's normal when your account get disable, fiverr deactivate the all the gigs. I think you need to wait for the reply from customer support. Hope they'll activate your gigs. Thanks

To get gig promote option you need to full-fill fiverr rules : Like- at lest Level-1 seller and your gig should have more than 20 reviews If you totally new in fiverr now, you need focus on you good work and good communications Thanks
