      Try different prices. I didn't get a brief for the first 2 months. Then I set the prices to my average rate for my best-selling gig and started to get briefs. It can take a while before you see a brief, and there's no guarantee that you'll get one. Briefs are different from buyer requests in that buyers will only be matched with 1-2 sellers at a time.

      I knew a seller who went from Level 2 to New Seller in one review period because she accidentally ignored spam. She was able to get back to Level 2 within 2 months. You could do the same. You don't need to despair; it isn't the end of the world if you lose your seller level. It takes effort, but you can get back to Level 2 again.

      Hi @syed_az - It will bring your order conversion rate down if I message you and don't purchase from you. It's also a dishonest way to bring back up your stats. It really doesn't take long to bring up your response rate. Just respond to your buyers in a timely fashion and report/block spam immediately.

    Hi, I was about to create a new gig for my account. I was searching for new keywords related to the specific service. I clicked one website and immediate a extension was created. The name of the extension is 'fiverr analytics" I thought it was from fiverr but when I looked deeper into turns out it wasn't from official site fiverr. I searched about it online and I saw if any fiverr extension is added on website my fiverr account will get banned. I don't know what should I do? I changed my email password in case if my account get hacked and removed the extension right away. Please tell me what action should I take further. Thank you

    Hi Vickie,

    I just finished my video. May need to tweak it some more, but it took me many hours to look for videos and learn to use imovie and premier pro. Putting my audio to the videos was a challenge to say the least.
