  1. You can't create one more account on any other device, it's a violation of Fiverr Terms of Services.
  2. I won't say that's waste of money if you're promoting your gigs, you need to improve your Buyer Satisfaction Score in order to get good results from Promoted Gigs.
  3. If you read what people have posted above, you don't need to ask me why. Some experienced sellers have explained it how and why it can harm your freelancing career on Fiverr.
  4. Hello Sajjad, I just checked your profile and I've a few suggestions for you. You look like an experienced guy in Word Development. But you need to make sure that your profile is 100% professional when someone clicks on it to see it. Change your profile pic, It's not professional looking because the background is VERY BUSY, so you've to work on that, Don't do anything fancy, take your smartphone's front camera and get a selfie in front of a wall or any static background. You've opened 7 gigs which is a good thing but I'd recommend, having 4 gigs and first work on those 4 then you can take it from there. Try opening a specialized and specified gig, e.g., I'm a designer, recently I opened Real Estate Logos, in logo design gig, as the "KEYWORD" Real Estate is a highly demanding keywork. Do some research and do something similar with your gigs, you can make a specific blog gig, like you'll make a blog about food or something specific. Make your gig thumbnails more professional, eye-catching, and good-looking, 1 gig image per gig is enough for you as you're not in the design niche. Keep patience as freelancing can be a pain sometimes but if you're committed to it, you'll get your reward, BTW I got my first order after 8 months. Have self-belief and confidence that you can do it. Once you've done this, do some marketing off the platform, on social media sites, if you can get a client like that, trying bringing them on the Fiverr even if you've to give an incentive.
  5. Basically Fiverr algorithm is trying to signal to you that your Buyer Satisfaction Rate/Score is low and you've to do something about it.
  6. Well, it's a business, you've to treat it like one.
  7. My bad, I just checked that was another post from the same guy, though it was length, but it was helpful. Thanks for correcting me!
  8. yeah because Fiverr gig image guidelines states something similar about text, put as little as you can manage.
  9. If you're good at some things, (you don't have to be best), and you know how to sell your services, then no matter what niche you choose. You'll succeed on Fiverr.
  10. Yeah clearly, it's basically a manual. I read it last year, it's lengthy but it's VERY HELPFUL if you're serious about your Fiverr business.
  11. haha, that's a silly question, I'm certain nobody can answer that.
  12. Well, that's very helpful and a great step from Fiverr, recently I've experienced the same case of fraud from a buyer, and customer support really helped me in that matter.
  13. You can't do anything about that for now, but whenever you get an order, make sure to deliver it on time and provide quality. Also make sure that the customer is pleased with you so he/she can leave great internal feedback as well, because now only internal feedback counts.
  14. Hey, I just checked your profile, What I'd suggest is to improve your gig thumbnails, and 1 thumbnail is enough for the gig as you're not in the design category. If it's possible for you, hire a design expert to do your gig thumbnails. Also please go read gig image guidelines from Fiverr, as your thumbnails look oversized. I saw that you used your image on gig thumbnails which is a good thing to earn the trust of customers/buyers, you can use the same image as your profile pic. It looks professional.
  15. It won't affect your gigs, but it's always good to have your own pictures as your profile pic, instead of a clipart or logo.
  16. Nope not at all, don't do anything like that. Block him and report this to the Customer Support Center.
  17. I can understand, it can be very frustrating and they way you changed your selling skills, that's great. To answer your question, NO, Seller Plus and Promoted Gigs are not related to each other, but I'd highly recommend you to avail of Seller Plus as it is the single most significant toll that Fiverr can offer to sellers. Now the 2nd part is about your gig, so see promoted gig option as an indicator of your Buyer Satisfaction Score (BSS), if your BSS is good, then the algorithm will pop you higher in searches and the Promoted Gigs option will be available to you if you see the Promoted Gig option saying that your gigs are not eligible to promote, it's a red flag means your BSS is down. So if you got those two features again, try using both of them, it'll help you, immensly.
  18. I see, thanks for clarifying and I can understand, with community growing everyday, it can be hard.
  19. Are you talking about portfolio examples of gig, or profile portfolio, that's a new feature and only limited to some freelancers.
  20. Well first is thing is should learn how to be patient, because it's the main part of freelancing, being patient. I've visited your Fiverr profile, and I'd encourage you to use your own profile pic instead of a logo, it'll add credibility to your profile. Instead of making multiple gigs, try opening 2 to 3 or a maximum of 4 and work on those gigs. Currently, your gig images are not eye-catching, try converting them to be eye-catching enough for someone to click. Also, I'd recommend you work on your skill as well, use this time to practice as much as you can because once you'll start getting business, you will not have the time to do so.
  21. What's your niche and how many active gigs do you've?
