  1. Malagasy (native), English, French, Spanish (basic). I have learned basic Khmer Cambodian and Tagalog but I forgot everything. 🤪

I start learning basic Deutsch and Russian.

I am very bad at languages. But I really like seeing some people speaking many languages. It's so cool

Yesterday I had 5 of my gigs go to zero impressions (actual ZERO), while others kept or increased their impressions.

Today, none of them are at zero, and half of the gigs that had gone to zero, are at 10x what they were before the drop. Like, it's a vertical line going up. No idea what's going on, it's bizarre.

I have that issue too. Especially my best seller one. When I wake up, it's down to zero. But it will be back to normal after a few hours. I am used to it now. I think that everything is OK, as long as I receive new message from new buyers.

if fiverr can't help you to find clients, there is no point in it.

Fiverr is a marketplace for freelancers. Fiverr gives you the tools to do it. If everything is fine on your gigs, the services you provide, and the feedback you got (including private feedback), buyers will come to you.

Meaning, getting clients on Fiverr is your own task by giving the best from you.

  4. I faced the same issue also when I paid taxes in my country. I don't know what to do. But, I have used the annual statement from fiverr with detailed of cleared payment/orders. For the moment, there is no problem.

But I will try @smashradio advice. My little worry is that sometimes, I do not have project for a month. And I am used to withdraw per 2 months or 3 months.

Or, you can write a note in your gig's description like, "contact me before placing an order". If you set it up then buyer won't be able to show any excuse on it. Hope this will be helpful for you.

Yeah, that exactly helps as well. And in this case, CS will be more on the seller's side.

In my case, even if I have the "contact me before putting order" there are some who put in an order without asking and with lack of requirements. Then I have to change the time of delivery.

I am level one seller. I am completing 32 tasks 22 reviews 5★. My gig was completely down for 25 days in February, there was no search option.

I think the reason you got impressions and clicks down in February is because of the 2 stars review 2 months ago. So, apart from promoting gigs, you should provide good work as you can on the orders you will get so that you will bounce up again.

To complete my script, Need a few things after the script is launched on the buyer's PC. And this information is not provided by the buyer.

Now I think it will be better to accept his cancellation.

In my opinion, yes. As your buyer has already found a solution. That's why I said it's quite hard to deal with that situation. But you can still ask CS if there is anything else they can do.

In all cases, it will affect your stat unfortunately even though you want to get paid for the work you have done. So it is totally up to you. But if I were you, I would accept the cancellation.

  8. Hi.

You can ask for help from CS and explain well your situation. Your situation is difficult. If you notice that some requirements are missing at the beginning, you should ask the buyer about that or you should cancel it at the beginning.

But, I think it's better to accept the cancellation. Anyway, I am afraid that CS will be on the buyer's side regarding what's happening.
