  2. It all depends on what the OP meant to do with social accounts. If used for logging in, there is an option (google, apple, facebook). can you please clarify the purpose of connecting your social accounts? @big_shazz
  3. You had a long conversation with the support team. The problem is (my opinion) that they won't reactivate your profile because they finished the conversation with you after reviewing you flagged account and you got there a negative answer.
  4. You should not add any contact links/info since the off-Fiverr communication is not allowed and is a serious violation of Fiverr ToS.
  5. Hi, The maximum number of gigs for a new seller is 4. You have 6 gigs, since you created them before the new rules. If you want to add a new one, you will have to delete 3 gigs, so you have 4 of them (new rules).

  8. Your gig title should be corrected. It has writing errors. "I will..." what ? You need a verb. The order of the words is incorrect. It is something that drives away buyers instantly. Especially when they see that the description is AI-generated.

  11. You can't contact a buyer directly. They contact you. This is the essence rule. After some high-quality work, you might get a match with a buyer who sent a brief, but that's something not important for you right now, as you are a beginner.
  12. It seems that you issued a chargeback for 2 orders regarding thumbnails. Not sure how you accidentally made a mistake twice (10 days gap between two orders). I don't think that the support will answer since your story is very thin, no hard feelings.

  15. Easy to get down, difficult to lift up. You need to be very careful with sensitive buyers. They might rate you bad even if you ask them for additional info or time. I guess you have to have some luck too. This guys could be a landmine to your profile future.
  16. 'Recommended' tag is added to gigs based on quality metrics. It basically means that the gig, based on its current performance, has more chances to outperform the competition in the same category. Admins don't choose this manually, It's an automated tag.

  18. The decision is right if you didn't find it useful. It's all up to your personal experience with it. You can subscribe again, there is no reason for you to be banned or something like that if you leave.
