  1. Based in all comments in this topic we can conclude that yes, if your gigs be moved to the last page because of the rotation of the gigs, the Fiverr will disable your option to promote. Looks like that the Fiverr is working against the sellers… because you was moved to a bad position at least you could continue promoting to grow again. As mentioned by you and the others people here, there’s nothing wrong with your gig, the option was disable due your position in the rank… really unfair.
  2. I’m thinking how many people was invited… in other case the people will continue comment here to participate. As I was not invited, probably they are not accepting more participants. Well this is just a beta, when will be available to more people? Who knows…
  3. You lost Rank and they don’t allow you promote your gigs anymore is really crazy… at least they could let promoted to get new works and grow again… i saw that this month a lot of Sellers 2 was moved to nowhere in the search results

  9. I think that is a good idea get some help of a Manager, but my opinion is the same as the others comments… the price is expensive considering that this is a subscription. If i subscribe i wanna be for a long time… an good price could be $20. But i don’t agree with this thing of pay an subscription to participate of Fiverr’s Choice, Rising Talent… “FIVERR don’t lose your focus!” the good thing in the platform is that everyone can grown up based in skills and work.
  10. Yes exactly, and the sellers pay 13.63% fees. I received this message now… looks like that every sell instead of charge 20% will be charged 40% to give back the loan.
  11. The service that i delivered was according with my GIG Description… the client accept the offer and i delivery the service that i do. If i notice in the first moment that he was looking for other thing, certanly i cancel the project… as i already made before. In this case as he accpet the offer all that i can presume is that he knows what kind of services i do, this is the point. Anyway thanks for your feedback
  12. This is not the point here. “The offer described what i do and what i delivery”… he accepted, so i presume that he read the offer. He even liked it and i know that he will use the layout. Or i should presume that he accept the offer without read? If this is the case, how he knows about the price for to pay? How he knows the delivery time? “You mention that i should cancel in the first moment when i received it”, but i don’t let the buyers purchase without know what i do… they even don’t purchase without knowing what i delivery.
  13. You have the option to make the answers mandatory before the order can begin. My options are marked as mandatory, but you know the clients can write anything they want ,-,
  14. You are right, but this not the case here, this is not about the quality… the client liked of the work and when he purchased he accept the offer… and i assume that he read the offer that said exactly what kind of service i provide.

Some clients even don’t fill the Requirement properly… like few days ago an another buyer purchase my GIG + “Fast Delivery in 2 days”… the client don’t answerd the first basic requirement: “What is your company about?” The order started, but without know what’s the company is about, i couldn’t start the project… the client disappeared… After 2 days of the “Fast Delivery in 2 days” i sended an request to extend the delivey time to get all the informations, that this buyer don’t provided in the Gig Requirements.
  16. Yes, but the buyer accepted the offer that i wrote, so how he can say that he don’t know about what he will receive in the end? The order was made exactly of what i proposed in the offer and he even liked it.
  17. This is not so simple, the buyer contacted me in the messages and he accepted the offer that i wrote for him (So how he don’t know?). He must knows what i provide for him… the buyer like of the work and i know that he will use the files in the end.
  18. Probably you are right, maybe will close 3 days after i refused the cancellation. I’ll keep you informed about the situation.
  19. Every time you refuse the cancellation request it adds two days for the buyer to either choose to complete the order or decline your request to not cancel. I read one seller who had to refuse the cancellation request 75 times! I already had a client that opened revisions without stopping… just to make me give up and cancel the order. In the end i won, the order was automatically completed. We spend days working in some projects and we can’t give up so easy… as everyone know there’s all kind of buyers like scammers.
  20. No, the orders are automatically completed after 3 days. But in my case the buyer tried to cancel the order… i declined… so what will happen now? The order will be automatically completed 3 days after the “Last Delivery” Or the order will be automatically completed 3 days after i “Declined the cancelation”

  23. I get your point of view, but my GIG title is very clear about what i delivery… and in my gig description is written what i don’t do. For me is really confuse of how some person accept an offer without read what i’ll provide. After spend days working on the project i don’t will cancel, all the informations was very clearly…
  24. I received one order from a buyer that purchased without read my gig… i delivery the work in “February 07” and in “February 08” the buyer tried to cancel the order. This buyer notice that this is not what he was looking for just when i finished the work. (I make layout design, not development) As this is not my fault i don’t will cancel the order. So i have two doubts: Normally, the order is market as automatically complete after 3 days, so the 3 days will count after “February 07” or “February 08”? The order should be completed today, but the order still active with the last status: “CANCELLATION REQUEST DECLINED” so i should delivery again the final work?
