  1. Buyer request will be removed, Briefs still in beta and will be available to all sellers based in algorithms.
  2. I agree with this! All sellers could receive it based on their levels, quality. @vickieito @williambryan392 I contacted the support and they said the Buyer Request will be removed, the Brief&Match is available now only to few buyer and sellers, so will be implemented soon to all users... regarding the matchs will be handled by algorithm (Let's see how will works to new sellers and experienced sellers)
  3. For what I see in the Help Center: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4415601609361-Get-matched-with-buyers (FAQ item 1) "The sellers can use both Buyer Request and Briefs." The point is when you post a Request you go to Briefs creation, so how the buyer will create the Buyer Request post? For what I saw they will not be merged. (FAQ item 3) "Fiverr uses a wide range of quality criteria that are taken into consideration to determine seller eligibility." So new sellers will not receive Briefs? They will be using the buyer request? There's some points not clearly enough.
  4. @vickieito @kevindwren Yes at least we can report. My doubt is who has access to the briefs, sellers of all levels? or has some criterion?
  5. Well at least we can report these spams. There was a brief I applied and the user asked me to message him in what... is impossible to handle with all spams but they must do efforst to take action agaist it.
  6. And how many Briefs you usually receive per day? Just a question since in the buyer request we could send 10 offers/day... who is in seller plus 20 offers/day. Take a look on this brief is from a Seller making spam with a short link to promoted himself.
  7. The problem of the Buyer Brief is that you receive Briefs not relationed to the works you do, this is the point that must be improved but still not working properly. Now at least we can message the buyers to get more informations, as many Briefs do not contains enough details.
  8. @vickieito @danno1950 @smashradio I made some tests while creating a Brief, after you type the description when you click on category this field will recommend the category based on the description. Now looks like there are more fields to fill. Unfortunally I was not able to make more test in others categories, because all times I click on category the page crashe (Chrome and Mozilla). After trieng 8-10 times I was able to proceed only one time, I don't know if others people are facing this issue. Have you guys tried to create a brief to see how it works?
  9. @sunboatrecords @razib_biswas For what we see "Fiverr is updating Buyer requests - July 9". If they will replace it by Buyer Brief in my opinion will be a disaster. The "Buyer Brief" is completely broken, this means do not work properly and for what we can see in topics the sellers are not using it due not getting results from it.

  11. I can say that I tried all kind of freelancer platforms and all of them was platforms pay-to-win, platforms who requires subscription to get advantages. Fiverr is complete opposet of that and for me the most amazing thing here is you set your gig, your price and your time. In my opnion you have much more control of your work here on Fiverr.
  12. @smashradio How about the "Nonsense" a buyer who refuse to answer any questions regarding the work to proceed in revisions. I'm struggling with this one and I had to request the support to this worst experience ever.

  15. Since I noticed that my ratings was not changed after 60 days, I realized something strange and I contacted the CS. So the CS mentioned the order canceled from the banned buyer. Yes they fixed it. I know that the earnings from tips and extras appears separated in the earnings. The point is the buyer ordered the extra and approved the work at the same time, in others words I did not worked yet in the extra work because the order was approved by the buyer.
  16. - When a Buyer is banned the order that this buyer has with you is also canceled, and this cancelation affects your Seller Order Completion. A thing that do not make sense, since as a Seller you have no control about it, not sure if is an error or not but I contacted the CS to fix this. - I don't know how but a buyer ordered an extra offer and at the same time approved the work + gave me a tip. So the order was completed with pending work from the extra offer in the order, and in the Earnings is showing the wrong value. I just would like to advice the Seller if you notice something strange you should verify it with the CS to check if there's some error or not. 👍
  17. It's quite interesting that the Support canceled the order and compensated your earnings. You also avoided by receiving a bad review in the case of the order be completed automatically. You made the correct thing to contacting first the Support to prove that you made work as per agreed.
  18. No, the buyer can not edit reviews. Only the Support can edit if the buyer reviewed by mistake rating wrong. And only Support can remove if this violate the terms.
  19. Collect all proof of your work and if necessary open a new ticket. Also send screenshots of the message you received from CS. If you did the work as described in our services you must keep your position. Ask them to the "Relevant Team" analyse it and share all screenshots.
  20. You must open a ticket in the Support regarding this ticket. Send all proof that the work was done as described.
  21. If you have the Seller Plus you should consider enter in this Growth Program. I think is the right place for you get insights from managers regarding your gigs and category. With right feedback you can improve your services and hopefully be promoted to the next level.

I remember one time where I did the same work I offer on Fiverr for a local client, to get the project I had to enter in 2 calls of 2 hours just to the end know if the buyer will accept the offer. The project took 2 weeks to be done. I offer the same service at Fiverr and some projects are done in maximum 5 days.
  23. I have a buyer that everytime he ask for discount, as he sends detailed briefing I still working with him. But is true if you give discount one time, they will start to refuse to pay what you charge. I also send the "discount coupons" sometimes can be a good deal, where a buyer apply the coupon in one order and they came to more work after that. But I still need to see about this coupons for some reason just a few number of buyers apply it.
  24. Usually I just ignore, this kind of buyer who complain about the price at the first moment certainly will complain for something in the middle of the work. (of course there's exceptions) One of my previous order, I sent and additional offer for the additional work and the buyer asked a discount "because they have many projects to send me". Of course is just a lie to get a discount, I gave the discount and the buyer simply disappeared. The correct in my opinion is give a discount but only in the next projects, never at first work. (there's a big chance of buyers mention more projects just to get cheap price)
  25. Not sure if the Fiverr show the badge to specficis buyers... but one thing I noticed before was the badge appears based in what the user search. For example if you type: Voice Over English Promotion (appears the badge) Voice Over Promotion (do not appear the badge) Of course you can make different searchs to see if the badge appear or not.
