  1. @Kesha Is quite difficult to take a day off on Fiverr, everyday we receive messages and we must respond to them. Fiverr should also think in the mental health to avoid burnout, few things that should be done: - Add weekend AUTO-REPLY, something like: I'll be back Monday - Remove order response rate and inbox response rate at the weekends Let's say the true, many buyers do not care about their orders at weekends, they just come back Monday.
  2. Do you still use brief? It never worked here, all times I received wrong briefs from other categories. Never went to a perfect match. While in the other hand all Fiverr Neo messages I got was related to what I offer, and I even got an order from NEO. Brief is a trash, and should be replaced by NEO

  4. I like to use Trello to create the flow of work, sometimes we receive a fast delivery and I need move this one to priority... or even to put together orders with changes to do in the same day. Is also a good way to define a day off. I'm also using chatgpt, to adjust texts, and some dots, comma, to give me text one per line... it's solve the problem to need rewrite in another formatation.
  5. This is much more complex and I don't think they will bring a solution to your problem. Because we have also another problem much more simple to be solved and still there. For example a Gig with 7 days delivery: 01 January - Buyer placed the order 06 January - You made the delivery 09 January - Buyer need approve in 3 days 09 January - Buyer ordered extra gig (+3 days) 10 January - You have 24 hours to delivery, not 3 days In resume: - The extra gig (+3 days) starts to count based in the day the order was placed 01 January - 7 days delivery + 3 days of extra gig, you have until 10 January This mean you have now 24 hours to work in the extra offer, the solution is simple here, just start to count based on the day the extra offer was placed: 09 January + 3 days = 12 January
  6. This year Fiverr implemented many great features. But what I expect in 2024 is Fiverr analyse some of these functions mainly the "Extend Review Time" since is unlimited many buyers are abusing of it to keep the orders pending more than 1 month.

  8. I have orders placed 1 month ago, and 2 months ago - The buyers are abusing of this "Unlimited" Extend Review Time - The sellers can not do anything about it, just wait Unlimited Days. For how many times Fiverr will keep ignoring all sellers request about this situation?

What I would like to see most are: - Be able to add a "Saturday-Sunday Auto Reply" to buyer that get in touch on the weekends. - Remove the response rate on the weekends... so we sellers can take a little of break each week. The fact is that most of the customers wait until monday place the orders, many of them don't want to spend their weekends with things related to work.
  10. @levinewman I don't know if this another recommendation make senses, but we sellers are severely penalized when we receive a 1 star review. Even the Fiverr Team knows sometimes is impossible to deal with some customers. We could have some system like if we receive 1 stars review, after 200 consecutives orders all with great 4-5 reviews, this 1 star should not have to much impact, since our past 200 consecutive positives reviews are proof of our journey in delivery a great service. Is just quite strange a Seller give your soul delivering a great service in more than 500 orders and then in a rare case when this seller receive a 1 star review have to much impact in the seller account.
  11. @levinewman This is a good opportunity to share some insights. - When they lauched the most recent Promotion Coupon, there isn't a label on the orders that are associated with the first-time buyer promotion, we need know which orders came from promotion. *Not sure if they fixed this issue. - Another thing is related to Private Customer Surveys, since is private we can not see our performance and when this decrease we sellers are penalized by the system... I already recommended that in our analytics panel should have an AVERAGE SCORE for we sellers know if our performance are good or not, allowing us to take action before face a major drop in our account. Something similar to the repeat business badge

How about the platform improve the system for the Sellers? - If we offer 3 revisions, automatically when the buyer try to open a 4° revision the platform should inform they used all revisions and they have to pay for an additional revision. "A Pop Up could also inform if the seller left things missing the buyer could message the seller in the order page". - The same thing to Extend Review time, should be charged at least $5... because many buyers extend without reason. Looks like the Platform do not wanna earn more money

"I had a buyer who ordered without contact me, the buyer was disrespectful and refused to share any information to complete the order... the only solution was ask for help in the Customer Support, since the buyer refused to cooperate." In cases like this where we can not do anything since is not or fault... will the buyer be able to review after the cancelation? >>>> Even the support say to us that exist some buyers impossible to deal with <<<<
  14. Today I delete all files except the editable file to use as portfolio. I reduced the hd space in 80%.
  15. The process to create a brief is generic, this make many briefs with vague information. At least the Fiverr added the option to sellers contact buyers to know more. But the correct is show personalized fields to each category: - if you do voice over: fields to select language, minutes, voice style... - if you do translation: fields to select language, number worlds... - if you do website: number of pages, sections... At my point of view Fiverr should collect ideas from sellers of all categories and see which fields are most important to have in the briefs. If they can not do fields personalized to each category, the Ai is useless because will be working with generic data. @danno1950 @vickieito
  16. This still not work properly, some sellers are not receiving briefs... meanwhile others are receiving briefs not relationed to what they provide. They still implement it, just to after remove buyer request.

I already can see the buyer extending the revision time to 5 days, after the 5 days has passed, they will open a revision... when you delivery again they will extend again in more 5 days... in a loop. This must be a paid option, how about it? We sellers set the value to extend X days, and the Fiverr earn 20% of this.
  18. New sellers are receiving briefs? For what I saw many new sellers are not receiving it.
  19. @mjensen415 Is good to see the Fiverr is trying to improve this, but I don't think those things are necessary... buyers who has experience in the platform already know about the revisions policy. - A good idea should be send a notification about revisions to new buyers/new accounts after the seller delivery the work. - I also agree with @vickieito about adding in the custom offers "More days to Review", so the buyer could pay to "have our support to more days".
  20. The problem in buyer request is they not put much efforts on it, this is why had many spams. The same will happen with brief if Fiverr do not put efforts against spams.

  22. If the new features is available, did you asked why you still not receiving briefs? Of course is not just you who is not receiving briefs, but at least they should inform if still being implemented... when you will receive briefs.
  23. The Brief feature still being implemented. Contact the support and ask them to take a look in your account if is all okay. Write here the Fiverr answers to others users know about Have you contacted the support to take a look on it? The brief still being implemented, check with them to see what to do.
  24. I sent the recommendation to my SPM to block short links, all briefs with short links are spam and there's no reason to short a link. Also is impossible to not receive things not relationed mainly because some buyers select the wrong category, as example a Brief with the category Website Design, but the request is to do website marketing.
