The Seller plus FAQ documentation don't seem to agree with you.
Hmmm. Strange. I just subscribed to the Seller Plus Program and pay a monthly fee.

Seller plus, isn't it invite only?
Nope. You may be thinking of Top Rated Seller. Two different animals. With Seller Plus, you PAY an monthly fee for the expertise of Fiverr experts and access cool tools.

This is interesting. I also write about SEO and blogs. I published a poetry book with pen and ink paintings. You can also work on a book slowly (whenever you have extra time) and create its PDF and Kindle versions. Best of luck!
I have self-published 20+ titles myself with half of them as eBooks on KDP. It's a good way to burn off some writing energy...lol

kool ! This sounds amazing. I worked for an online radio station for two years.😄 Then I had to quit that to complete college but it was so much fun.
Yup. There's something about being that invisible voice coming out of a box.

I had my first Zoom discussion as a member of the Seller Plus program yesterday (July 26). My Success Manager is Zach. He made a couple of great suggestions that could make my gigs attract attention that I implemented shortly after the conversation.
I've been getting clicks, it's conversions I'm struggling with and I think the ideas I got from the Zoom call yesterday helped me to reframe something that could possibly produce a change. We'll see how things go in the next couple of weeks. I've scheduled another Zoom call for a month from now and by then I should be bumped up to Level 2 as I meet all the requirements at this point.
I have been on Fiverr for several years now. I spent most of that time as a Level 2 Seller. A couple of things happened that caused me to drop down to New Seller status and I've just recently moved up to Level 1 again. I am hopeful that the direction I am receiving as a Seller Plus member will get me where I used to be, or at least close.

When I was a kid, I wanted to go into radio.
I ended up doing that straight out of high school and getting a job at the local radio station. That career lasted 22 years and included stints at six different radio stations in the region. It was a fun gig in the 70s and 80s, for sure!

I was actually trying to get less activity, but higher quality leads. I was already turning away 95% of the buyers in my inbox but now I'm accepting about 75% of the projects coming to me.
Too bad you can't make referrals!

In two days I will have my first Seller Plus Zoom call.
I'm curious, if you are in the program can you answer the following questions...
1) Did you learn things to change to help your gigs attract more activity?
2) Did your gigs attract more activity?
3) Are you making more now as a Seller Plus member than you were before you entered the program?
4) Do you have anything else to add about your Seller Plus experience?
Thanks!

More on the world map...
I think instead of grey when there is a sale, different colours should be used for different sales volumes.
As an example:
0 sales - blank
1-5 sales - blue
6-10 sales - purple
11-25 sales - green
26-50 sales - yellow
51-100 sales - orange
101+ sales - red
I think that being able to visually see where the "hot" countries are for sales, if any of us use target marketing, this could help.
Of course, I have no idea if someone else mentioned colour-coding sales on the world map as I quickly scrolled through the responses. My apologies if I've duplicated someone else's idea here.

I echo the comment that "the other Vickie" said that was shared above by Vickie.
Fiverr is NOT a search engine. This means that everything you know about SEO that works with Google is not going to have as much of an impact here. Sure, using keywords is going to help your gigs show up in searches, but anytime I've done a search I have to use additional filters to see my gigs. For example, I will filter it down to English, Canada, and my budget.
I would imagine that many buyers would filter down as part of their search for sellers which will throw off what many try to achieve by "ranking" for "page one visibility."
Don't forget that searches on Fiverr can be filtered down several levels and that will cut out a lot of sellers as options depending on the filters used.
Just my two cents.

I rejoined Seller Plus yesterday (July 6) but went with the Premium version and have a coaching session scheduled in two weeks. I had spent just a month on the Basic version of the program and did not see how it could be much of a benefit to me. This time around, I thought some coaching/mentoring could unlock something to reignite my Fiverr career.
I'm convinced I'm on the edge of something as I get a lot of impressions and clicks. Conversions are the hurdle. As much as I am experienced in what I do, I also understand the importance of adding to my skills through education and I don't doubt there is a simple solution to what I'm dealing with. I also know that one month is far from enough time to see any significant change. I know that as basically Rule #1 in marketing and I used to explain it frequently to clients when I was in advertising that long-term consistency brings business not one-time short bursts of advertising.
Anyway, I'll keep you posted. I've decided to put a lot more effort into my Fiverr career than I have the past couple of years and I hope to see it grow to where it once was and beyond.

Do you take time off from freelancing to go on a vacation of any kind during Summer? If so, where do you plan to go this year?
My Answer: I don't normally take more than a day or two off at a time. I will sometimes take a day trip to the nearest Big City, but that's usually it for me. As I am a local elected member of our local municipal government, I have been to two different 4-day and 5-day out-of-town seminars this year. I have a week-long one scheduled in September. I was also away for a week in April housesitting/dog sitting for a friend. I also have two out-of-town meetings I attend each month as part of my local government commitment so, really, no need for a vacation for me...lol

Okay...
I'll start the ball rolling.
Three things about me:
1) I'm ambidextrious (look it up if you have to...lol)
2) I'm a kidney cancer survivor (although I did not know the tumour was cancerous until it was removed, so, that reduced my stress while waiting 14-months for an opening on the operation list).
3) I'm recovering from congestive heart failure (AFib to be precise, and I am much stronger these days than I was a year ago).
Your turn - you don't have to list three, but if you have 'em, let's hear 'em!

Dude...anything that makes you look a bit more legit is gonna help in some way. You know, kinda like when you dress up for a date or arrive to the date in a slick new ride. It's all about first impressions. If a business profile gets you the eyeballs you need, then I say, play the part and best of luck.

And because you can conduct all sorts of illegal activities there.
It is. Plus the potential freelance job turns out to be a scam to get you to work for free, to pay them money, and in some cases, an attempt at identity theft.
I was pretty sure it was stepping into ToS territory. Thanks!

Absolutely. It is a TOS violation as it is still taking the discussion off Fiverr.
I was certain this was still the case. I'm a bit disturbed that so many "scammers" keep trying to steal workers from legit sites like Fiverr and Upwork.

I think people prefer communication on Telegram because of its convenience..
Okay, but is it going to get you a penalty on Fiverr or Upwork if you start using it to discuss a potential freelance job with a client who insists that you use Telegram?

Okay, here it is: What is Telegram?
I get asked frequently both here on Fiverr and on Upwork to reply to job postings via Telegram. I always reply that I won't communicate off-platform.
Is this still correct?
The way the word "Telegram" is usually posted in these messages is with separations or other do-dads between each letter. This makes me think that is to avoid the Fiverr or Upwork messaging systems from triggering a warning.
Of course, all just SWAGs on my part.
Can someone enlighten this old fart?
Thanks.

I have a simple rule I follow for freelancing. I NEVER start a job until the client has accepted my offer. Otherwise, I'm just working for free and that's not why it's called FREE-lancing!

It's very disappointing!
If you don't mind, could you tell me when you chose the seller plus subscription? After a few weeks, did you see any impact on your profile? I've already canceled my seller plus subscription. I want to know what the next step Fiverr will take?
I cancelled after only one month. I know that's not long enough to have any affect, but I will resubscribe when I have the time to focus on it. At the moment, I'm not able to do that.

As pretty as the numbers appear, until someone places an order, impressions and clicks mean nothing much.
The numbers you should pay attention to are the ones that appear under the word "orders."
Good luck.

Your question is a lot like asking if Facebook is any better with or without ads. Just scroll past 'em. I think the same works on the Fiverr Forum if you see something that causes you to shake your head, just scroll past 'em!
I left the forum after "The Change" partly because of the reasons you listed (including personal matters). I've only just come back and found that it's much the same as before. But I have to quantify that. The good "sameness" is there are a lot of cool people here posting interesting stuff and willing to help if you need it and don't spam about it. The bad "sameness" is the same ten questions that appear in the forum as new posts almost every day like they used to. In a way, that's comforting to see that some things never change, but it's also something that reminds me to just scroll past 'em.

Giving Seller Plus Another Try

It's up to you. I joined Seller Plus when I was sitting at "New Seller" level.
