  1. I wish it were so simple. I'm losing my TRS rank because of a single digit in my Success Score. I have never delivered anything subpar to any customer. I deliver on time. I let them know what is going on with their order every single day they wait for theirs to come into the queue. I answer all messages immediately even when I get the notification while I'm sleeping. I ALWAYS overdeliver. There is rarely a week that goes by that one of my gigs is not a buyer's choice or featured. Am I just collateral damage? I don't feel like it's a good thing. Why not just penalize those accounts who are guilty of such?
  2. Aside from the few jobs I book per month through my agent and the 2-5 I get via P2P platforms, I know of none that compare to Fiverr. That said, with what this update will do to my order frequency when I drop from TRS and possibly further later on, it looks like Fiverr will be no better than Upwork and the like. I get most of my business through my own direct marketing. I'm going to need to up my networking and marketing game to make up for the inevitable loss I will incur here. It was a great ride. I went full-time in my craft during covid because of Fiverr. I grinded my butt off to make TRS in my first year. I was proud to be part of the Fiverr family. I don't know what to think anymore. It's like a nightmare that keeps getting worse by the day.
  3. Revisions are now penalized? 99% of the revisions I've done are due to the client having a change of direction or script change after the order was delivered to specs. Not because I did a bad job. Most of the time they tip me 30%+ for revising without complaining and promptly. This is out of hand. An exit strategy is going to be needed if Fiverr is taking the low road. I used to defend this platform as I felt Fiverr treated me quite well. Now I'm feeling quite bad for talking many of my colleagues into coming here. Worse yet, I talked 2 people into opening shop here the day before my profile was hit with the update. Fiverr makes up 1/3 of my total income and this has me shaken to the core
  4. IMO, We need to keep the fire going until then, otherwise, they may get the idea that we're now okay with the changes.
  5. This is why they need to stop having Kesha and Lyndsey answer questions about this. Neither of them knows anything and though I feel Kesha is genuinely trying to help but giving confusing answers, Lyndsey is making things worse. We need someone in here who is part of making this decision to tell us exactly what is going on and answer the hard questions that are being outright ignored. They made the decision and need to explain why, what, and how instead of tossing lower level employees to the wolves.
  6. The transparency of those metrics is nonexistent. We don't get to see them, only the result of them. So far they've mentioned these include, secret reviews and comparison to unknown sellers in our category. It's all a farce
  7. That would require them to admit they may be wrong. From the vague and scripted responses of Fiverr staff including CS and the convenient absence of all of our Success Coaches I gather they would rather watch it burn down than admit fault
  8. Ai shouldn't be doing anything with our score without being double checked by humans before said score goes live. The amount of obvious errors would require you to hire another 1000+ Customer Support members and dozens of well-trained assistants to each Success Coach just to handle the requests. Meanwhile, we get judged by faulty ai and it's on us to defend ourselves against information we don't have access to. This is the opposite of transparency.
  9. I will do this and see how it goes. Doesn't change a thing about the way they're dealing with the issues here
  10. Is this some sort of sick joke? My Success Manager isn't available until the 4th of April. Customer Support sends out the same boilerplate message to everyone no matter what the question is about this new system. When are we going to get some real answers about this without being pointed to the info pages that give no answers to the issues being brought up? I don't mean to sound aggressive, but this is my livelihood and y'all are playing games here. Maybe get someone in this thread who actually knows something more than what's on your script. There are serious errors with this new system and to deny that is as dishonest as it can get. We need answers before this webinar. Just look at the amount of TRS who will lose their income from this. Look at the backlash this is receiving. This is not something you should wait to address in a serious, adult manner. Stop treating us like your employees. Without us you have no job.
  11. The idea of losing TRS over a single point in my so-called success rating is driving me mad
  12. This is exactly what I'm feeling. I don't change how I communicate from one gig to the next or one client to the other. I'm polite, and answer all questions and concerns immediately, in detail. I keep them up to date daily and throughout the process so they know what's going on with their order at all time and don't have to chase me to find out. I don't argue with them even when they are rude. Yet, several of my gigs have praise for communication, some have "room for growth" and others show "strong negative impact". None of this makes sense.
  13. There is no transparency on how often the data used to determine the score will be evaluated. "How often can my success score change? The success score is intentionally designed to remain relatively stable. It does not fluctuate too often, as it considers the history of your orders over time, rather than focusing on individual transactions. Therefore, any changes to your success score take some time to reflect, ensuring a more comprehensive evaluation of your overall performance." So making changes to gig descriptions, or any other so-called fixes will not be reflected in a manner for us to know whether we made the correct changes or made the wrong choice driving our score down further before the next automatic ai evaluation. I have a feeling we won't see any changes to the current scores until it's too late
  14. If they go forward with this as it is, we are all screwed. Just reread the Success Score page and from what I can gather [without it being explicitly stated] is that they are using a Grammarly-style ai to monitor and review communications, gig descriptions, etc... to determine the mood, context, and other factors in both the seller and buyers communications. This is why many of us who are borderline over-communicative are seeing strikes in our success rating for communication issues. The algorithm does not understand human speech in the same way actual humans do, so it makes a generic interpretation that does not align with what is actually going on. This is just a small portion of the issues as most of us are aware that the entire system is being turned upside down as will many of our livelihoods in the long term once this goes into full effect. Decisions are being made by experimental ai and not being reviewed by real people. The more I read the more scared I get.
  15. If it's so clear to you, then by all means, scroll through these threads and explain it to everyone. Tell them what part of their work the clients aren't happy about when they have nothing but 5-star reviews. Tell them what "room for growth" means for their 5-star 1000 review gig that got scored an 8 means. You seem to be the only one who knows something the rest of us don't. I look forward to the enlightenment
  16. This is what I was thinking, but my personal score doesn't add up to the actual average. My scores are 9, 10, 8, 10, 9, 8, 9, 10, 8 and should average out to 9, but I have a total success score of 8 I'm irritated by the entire situation. Like all other seller-plus subscribers, I pay for metrics, and now the "actual" metrics are hidden from us. How can I measure my success with these new mystery values? None of it makes sense
  17. You applied weight based on the amount of ratings. A simple average would have only taken the given score for each gig without any other values
  18. Nothing makes sense. Your average along with many others comes out correctly doing simple math, while mine as well as others comes out wrong doing the same math. This would imply there are hidden metrics they are not disclosing which makes improving these numbers a mystery
  19. Okay, I'll admit I'm wrong. This is more than screwed up. This is part of my livelihood and Fiverr is playing games with our $$$$ Where is the information on the math used to determine weightage? Did they make it available so that we can double-check their math? This is far from transparent. These hidden metrics trash the analytics that I pay for through Seller Plus.
  20. Where is the information on the weight system and how can I see the weight assigned to each gig? The only information I found on this had to do with how each individual success score is determined, not the average of the scores given. For instance: A gig with 800 5-star reviews has a heavier weightage vs a gig with 50 5-star reviews thus the 800 gig gets a score of 8 and the 50 gig gets a score of 10 due to weighted factors. This does not change the overall average of the weighted scores. Unless you can show me where it is stated otherwise, I'm chalking this up to an error like the many ppl who have nothing but 5star ratings being brought down to 3-4 star
  21. I believe it is now in our best interest to remove those gigs and not create new ones. This new system is not only going to hurt sellers, but it will hurt Fiverr more overall. This means no more experimenting with niche gig within our respective professions without being punished with a low score or rating drop. This is a horrible move so far
  22. What are you even talking about? I just gave you the individual Success Scores of all 9 gigs and those scores are whole numbers that the average is derived from. I showed you the math - THE CORRECT MATH! There is no other way to determine the average. You're on a whole other subject. Just stop
  23. That's not how averages work. What I showed was each individual score that is used to determine the final average score. There is no other method that will give a different answer than 9 from the following scores 9 10, 8, 10, 9, 8, 9, 10, 8 Here's how the math is supposed to work: 9+10+8+10+9+8+9+10+8=81 Total count of numbers: 9 Average: 81/9=9 So the average is 9
  24. I'm showing a success score of 8 but when I do the math correctly I have an average of 9 Does Fiverr use an arithmetic system that the rest of us don't know about? Here are my success scores: 9, 10, 8, 10, 9, 8, 9, 10, 8 with a total of 81/9=9
