  1. Here’s one that refers to one or two of us here …
  2. I haven’t seen any “ad” or “promoted” labels either, but assumed it was because I have 4 ad blockers …

  5. The forum is here for information, discussion … and whining about Fiverr. We like it that way (mostly).
  6. You live in Glasgow? One of my favourite cities. We were up there for a few days last year. It hammered it down with rain, but we still had a great time. We’ve done a few city breaks over the last few years, and the people in Glasgow were by far the friendliest we encountered. Lol! It often does. We had very good weather first couple of weeks in August - everyone was squinting at the sky, wondering what that light was … 😉
  7. I have my favourite food and fashion blogs … occasionally go out for a walk or a coffee with a friend. Although Glasgow is on lock down again … those young folks will insist on meeting their friends …
  8. Just wait - it’s being rolled out over time.
  9. Read the terms of service - targetted followers of any kind on any platform are not allowed: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service After that, read these articles, which may help you:
  10. … which is why the original post is a good place to start …
  11. It’s really not. Just pick one. Are you a US citizen or not … ? I like to think I’m a patient person, having raised 2 ornery children (the last one was - and is - a delicate, non ornery person) … but this confusion over something so incredibly simple is totally bewildering …
  12. How is it confusing? Answer yes or no.
  13. You can send customer support that question on the same ticket as your other one. Anyone who is still confused about this should probably ask customer support. They can explain it better. We have a long thread now about this with people still asking what they should do so it’s obvious we are not doing a good job of explaining it. Actually, I think the issue is that no one is doing a good job of reading the original post!
  14. Are you a US person? Yes or No - it should be pretty simple …
  15. Doesn’t matter where you live, if you’re a US citizen you are required to pay taxes there. And yes, that sometimes means you’re paying taxes twice - once in the country you live in and again in the US …
  16. @ruprekha - just click “no”. All this anxiety is a waste of energy - the form is simple.
  17. @maryamlodhi - are you a US citizen? If so, click “yes” … if not, click “no”. Nothing confusing about it.
  18. Take a screenshot of the conversation and attach it to a - short - message to CS. Be prepared to wait a while …
  19. Agreed. Being able to move things around - including images! - would be extremely useful. For now, you just have to create your FAQ in a word (or whatever) document in the right order, then cut and paste them into your gig …
  20. That’s very weird - I’ve never been warned for that wording. It’s possible the buyer is reporting you out of spite …
  21. Say no thanks, then report and block. Particularly when they give you some form of “everyone else does it”. The way you put it is “Communication outside Fiverr is strictly forbidden. We could both get banned.” Do not discuss it any further.
  22. I’ve given one buyer a one star rating - they were difficult, entitled and threatened to leave a bad review (which they did, but not as bad as mine to them). Give honest - but professionally worded! - reviews. Sellers should be warned about scummy buyers. Mostly, if it hasn’t been a great experience and I’m expecting a less than enthusiastic buyer review, I’ll leave 5* but with the comment “Thank you for your order”.
