  1. There is nothing you can do about the review your buyer left. As per fiverr's ToS, "Leaving a Buyer's feedback is a basic prerogative of a Buyer. Feedback reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards." The best you can do is move on and focus on your future orders. Continue to provide exceptional services, and one negative review will be insignificant. Avoid getting in touch with the customer and bugging them about their review. You could end up in more trouble if you do that.
  2. Four revisions are basically unlimited revisions unless you draw the line and inform your buyer. The number of revisions you offer may not always be noticed by buyers, and they may continue to request revisions until you let them know that all the included revisions have been used up. Here's what I do. When I deliver my order, along with the rest of the delivery message, I write the following, “As part of your order, you are entitled to 3 rounds of free visual revisions, so feel free to request any changes and adjustments you feel are needed.” When I deliver the revised order, I change “…you are entitled to 3 rounds…” to “…you are entitled to 2 out of 3 rounds…” and so on. My buyers are always aware of the number of revisions included with their order. I've never had a buyer request more than 3 revisions, and when someone does need an additional revision, they very politely ask for another revision or ask me how much an additional revision would cost. What's next? Why is Fiverr not completing my order? Fiverr isn't going to inform your buyers for you. That's your job as a freelancer.
  3. Are you Rana Amirsohel or Fatima Amir? Is there a reason you are using two names? Following is your gig description: You don't provide any of the services mentioned in the profile description on Fiverr. You are a freelance writer with 5 years of experience and you are offering background removal services? Why do you have so many gigs that essentially provide the same background removal service? Multiple gigs offering the exact same service do not increase your chances of getting orders.
  4. Sales are not guaranteed on Fiverr. By improving and polishing your gig, you are increasing your chances of getting orders. There are sellers who don't get any orders for months or years, and there are sellers who get orders within a week. The best you can do is improve your profile to the point that, if a potential buyer visits your gig, they feel compelled to make a purchase.
  5. Start with this. Over time, as you gain experience, you may keep improving your profile. I've been selling on Fiverr for 9 years. I still keep finding things to improve. There are a lot of articles on Fiverr about setting up and improving the gigs. You may read more here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010451297-How-to-start-selling-on-Fiverr?segment=seller Don't worry about levels or pro-verified now. As you are just starting out, there are very low chances of you being eligible for that. Anyway, being pro-verified doesn't really make your profile any better. It's just a badge like any other. But it never hurts to read, you may read more about pro sellers here: https://blog.fiverr.com/post/how-to-become-a-fiverr-pro
  6. No problem. I'm good. BTW, do consider adding your work samples to the gig page. If I remember correctly, you can upload a PDF on your gig page. Add some samples in the PDF for your potential buyers to look at.
  7. I just read that you are 14 years old. You are doing well for a 14-year-old. Better than what some grownups do here. Keep it up. You just have to fix a few minor things, and you'll be all set. Your profile description looks good to me. For your profile photo, a closeup of your face with a plain background would be better. That would look more professional. You may read a bit more about perfecting your profile picture here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4416325224977?segment=seller
  8. In my opinion, the gig image is not very professional. I'd recommend making it cleaner and easier to read. As of now, it has way too many colors, and the text doesn't stand out. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller There is only one paragraph of text in the gig description. I wouldn't want to read text that was set up that way. Give it some room. Make it easy to read.
  9. For new sellers, it still takes two weeks for the amount to reflect in the balance after the order is marked as completed. You can't withdraw the amount before that 14 day clearing period. If you are a member of Fiverr's Seller Plus program, you do get the following benefits that reduce or remove the clearing time: 1) Faster payments: Your earnings clear in 7 days instead of 14. 2) Early Payout: Skip the clearing period and get paid immediately for a standard fee of 1%.
  10. Fiverr doesn't add anything to the price you set. They do charge 20% commission, but that's a different topic altogether. I don't think that's what you are asking. From what I understand, you are saying that you set a price, but when you visit the gig page, the price is higher than what you set. Are you setting the price to $10, but when you go to the gig, the price is $14.45 instead of $10? If yes, the reason is that you are setting the price in USD, but when you visit the gig page, you are seeing the price in CAD.
  11. Why do you have so many gigs virtually offering the exact same service? Multiple gigs offering the exact same service don't increase your chances of getting orders. Focus on quality, not quantity. And as others have pointed out, the gig images aren't attractive enough. Proofread the description. If I were you, I'd remove this line. "I understand that its difficult for you to give a order to new seller on Fiverr, but don't worry after my work, you will definitely glue to this freelancer."

Well, in that case, get in touch with Fiverr CS.
  13. Contact Fiverr CS. They'd help you figure it out. This is the link to contact support: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/

    Gig

I can see several active gigs on your profile. What do you mean by “it isn't live”? What's the status of the gig? Is it pending approval, does it require modification, or is it denied?
  15. Why was it restricted? Did you receive an email mentioning the reason? Were you sending messages to multiple sellers or something? The best way forward would be to get in touch with Fiverr CS.
  16. Paying them. 🤷‍♂️ Yes. I've registered myself as a sole proprietor, and I've registered for GST. Fiverr forum isn't a great place for financial or tax advices. Get in touch with an accountant.
  17. In my opinion, promoting on social media doesn't do anything. Especially the manner in which the majority of sellers promote. They go to a group where all the members are sellers and post links. Basically, sellers share their gig links with other sellers. Most of the successful sellers don't promote or suggest promoting gigs on social media. The sellers who are recommending it are the ones who aren't doing well. I've been selling for almost nine years on this platform and haven't done any kind of social media promotion to this day.
  18. OP after this account is also banned. You didn't learn anything from your past mistakes? You were probably banned for breaking the TOS, and you are now breaking another TOS. Well, be prepared to use your father's ID. I can already see that this account won't last long. BTW, this is sarcasm; DON'T DO IT. This is against Fiverr's TOS. Do this. Copy-paste your post to the CS. They'd take all your worries away.
  19. Why would she do that? The buyer haven't paid her for the extra words. After the delivery, the buyer might never come back to make the payment. It's one thing if the extra amount is only $5 or $10, but based on her pricing, it's at least $40 more. Personally, I would never deliver work that I wasn't paid for.
  20. This can be very frustrating. I usually also send an extension if a buyer is unresponsive or requested some extra time to make the payment. The only thing I do differently is send a 7-day extension so that if something goes wrong or the buyer doesn't add the amount in time, I don't have to request an extension again. I won't recommend keeping the order active or open after the deadline. As far as I know, you get an automatic 1-star review if the order is late for more than 48 hours (or maybe 24 hours; I don't remember). The best course of action for you would be to send a cancellation request and explain why you are sending a cancellation request. If the buyer in question really needs your service, he/she will add the required amount or just cancel the order. If the buyer cancels the order, get in touch with CS and explain how the cancellation could not be helped, and they'll remove the negative effect of cancellation from your account. I highly recommend you add at least 7 days (if you haven't already) to your “extra” so if the buyer accepts that extra after 1–2 days (before the order is automatically cancelled), you still get 4–5 days to work on the order.
  21. You can't do anything about the review your buyer left. As @cre8iveartwork advised, do not contact the buyer and pester them about the review they left. Doing so might get you into more trouble. There are sellers who have received warnings, and some even got themselves permanently banned, because they pestered their buyers about the reviews they left.
  22. This is tempting. I was about to rant again (I already did it once yesterday) about the briefs, but I guess I'll save this rant for some other day. Buyer requests were bad. Briefs are buyer requests on steroids. I won't touch briefs with a 10-foot pole unless Fiverr removes "flexible" from the budget or gives an option to not get briefs with "flexible" as their budget. You didn't like "promoted gigs"? I haven't turned off promoted gigs since the day I got that feature. Of course, Fiverr has turned that off for me a few times now. I am not counting that. Promoted gigs are kind of hit or miss. I received three promoted gig orders this month. Last month, I didn't get any. Overall, with "promoted gigs," I end up giving Fiverr around 35% of my orders (received from promotion) instead of 20%, but I feel it is better to have something than nothing at all.
  23. So, basically, you are asking if you can use a single account on multiple devices or internet connections. There is no problem with that. I use my Fiverr account on multiple devices (mobile with SIM data, computer with broadband) with different ISPs. As long as you have one account, you can use it with as many internet connections as you like.
  24. You found it intuitive? I've been selling on Fiverr for almost nine years now and haven't used it in the last eight and a half. I didn't like the old one (buyer requests), and I don't like the new (briefs) one either. I have completely turned off the briefs. I don't even use that feature during the slow months. Buyer requests (briefs now) are filled either with spammers or people looking to buy the world for $5. Furthermore, briefs are far more vexing than buyer requests. Buyer requests used to sit in a corner I never visited, but I get notifications for briefs. I'll try briefs again when Fiverr removes "flexible" from the budget or gives an option to not get briefs with flexible as their budget. As of now, "flexible" is the new $5. Instead of answering your question, I appear to have veered off course and ranted about the briefs (formally buyer requests). I am sorry about that. 😬 I guess someone from your gig category would know better about how useful (or not) they were. For my gig category, buyer requests were not very useful and I don't really miss them. I have a little hope for briefs feature.
  25. Okay, but why are you asking a multiple-choice question? If you are trying to learn about it, why don't you Google the question? How is this MCQ going to help you "forecast what changes may occur in the categories of fiverr?"
