  1. You are correct. A seller was banned for editing a COVID-19 document.
  2. Are you talking about this dropdown? If yes, you only have to purchase the rights once. The dropdown allows you to order multiple commercial or broadcast rights in case you are ordering multiple scripts at once. Let's say a voice-over artist offers 100 words for $10. If you have two scripts of 100 words each. You can place a single $20 order and order two commercial or broadcast rights. If you are in doubt, simply send the voice-over artist a message and request that they provide you with a quote.
  3. In my opinion, all of your gig images have too much going on. The new one is okay, it is cleaner and readable, but it could be better. You can make the gig images a bit more attractive. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller
  4. You probably received private negative feedback. Private negative feedback has drastic effects. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to recover. How many orders you've completed and how many five-star reviews you have doesn't really make any difference. If your private feedback falls below a certain threshold, the stats of all the gigs take a nosedive. Basically, your account as a whole is affected. Creating new gigs won't help.
  5. That's forgery. You don't have to wait for CS or the buyer to respond. Request the buyer to cancel the order; if he doesn't, you can request CS to cancel it and state that the buyer is asking you to forge a document.
  6. That's what you think. He feels he is wasting time when he is working on the orders he receives. This is what he likes to do. This brings him joy and prosperity. Is life even worth living if you don't react to at least 200 posts in a day? When there is inactivity on the forum, he feels lonely, depressed, and suffocated.
  7. The man, the myth, the living legend! This guy is unstoppable. It almost seems as though Fiverr Forum has hired him to react to each and every post and comment. It's like a 9–5 job for him. And there is a new guy to give him competition. I just received 30 notifications. Within a few minutes, he had reacted to every single thing I had done in the past few days.
  8. That's not against the rules, but what's the reason? Why does your buyer want to place 78 orders separately? Is your buyer going to place them one by one or all at once? Placing 78 orders separately is not only a lot of work, but would also cost around $177 in service fees. I don't think your buyer is aware of that. Anyway, as long as you or your buyer doesn't have a problem, you can go ahead. Personally, I would not be comfortable if a buyer placed 78 orders all at once.
  9. Why are you using a stock photo as your profile photo? This is considered misleading. You are not supposed to post a fake name, location, gender, or photo in your user profile. Please read Fiverr's community standards: https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/integrity-authenticity How and where do you promote your gig?
  10. Why did you delete your account and create a new one? Did you inform Fiverr support that you are doing this? Why was your gig denied? Did Fiverr provide you with a reason?
  11. If you didn't get any orders when you were getting 300 impressions, then why are you so worried about losing them? And as @smartdezigns suggested, why don't you work on making your gig better? If you got impressions and clicks but failed to convert any of them, why would Fiverr keep showing your gig? Fiverr probably decided to give someone else a chance to see if they could convert better than you did. Make your gig better than your competitor's, and maybe you'll get more impressions and clicks. Of course, there is a lot more to how Fiverr bumps your gigs up or down, but this is the first thing. Work on your gig to make it look nice and attractive, and then worry about other things.
  12. Did you get any orders when you were getting 300 impressions?
  13. You can do whatever you want, but pausing, deleting and recreating the gig won't necessarily increase the impressions or clicks.
  14. Do you have access to the changelog of the latest update? Do you mind sharing it with others? I would love to read about the algorithm update you mentioned.
  15. Well, why don't you visit the profiles of people who suggest you be online 24 hours a day to get orders? Do they have orders? Are they successful? These types of rumors and false information are spread by people who have no orders and a lot of time on their hands to thank and congratulate others. If you haven't guessed it already, the answer is no. You are not required to be online 24 hours a day in order to be successful and get orders on this platform.
  16. There is no trick to ranking gigs. If there was one, everyone would have ranked their gig and secured a placement on the first page of Fiverr. What you can do is work on your profile and gig pages to make them more attractive. When you get orders, complete them on time, deliver outstanding work, and that might help your gig rank better. You can make the gig image a bit more attractive. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller
  17. As far as I know, you can't block a buyer with an active order. You can block a buyer only after either an order is completed or cancelled. If you wish to block someone who hasn't placed an order with you, you can do that using the Fiverr's mobile app. For some reason, the block option doesn't show up on buyer profiles on the web if they haven't worked with you.
  18. Your question is unclear. What do you want to know? Are you wondering why there is a “block” option on the buyer's profile? It is there in case you do not wish to deal with the buyer for any reason. If you press that button, the buyer won't be able to interact or place an order with you anymore.
  19. Haha! I can't even… So, out of all the responses you got, you liked the ChatGPT response. Well, now you know. When in doubt, ask ChatGPT.
  20. Your gig looks fine. You can make the gig image a bit more attractive. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller Try to add a bit more information in the gig description about the types of voice-overs you can do, etc. You may take inspiration (but do not copy) from other gigs that are doing good in your gig category. Although the price is fair, considering you are new, you may try to make it a bit more competitive. Maybe 50 words for $5 or 100 words for $10. Once the orders and reviews start rolling in, you can increase the price again. How are you promoting your gig? Fiverr "Promoted Gigs"?
  21. If you can do what your buyer is looking for, then I would not recommend working on it without an order.
  22. Clients are physically coming to your home or office and knocking on the door? That's weird and concerning, considering Fiverr is an online platform. They are indeed tricky customers. I agree.
  23. I don't but if you wish to charge extra for commercial rights, you may create a gig extra for that.
  24. Are you using ChatGPT to answer questions on forum? Why respond at all? 🤦‍♂️
