  1. What you are experiencing usually happens when you receive negative private feedback. If your private feedback falls below a certain threshold, the stats of all the gigs take a nosedive. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for your gigs and account to recover.
  2. The following is mentioned on their website, "If you have not been active in receiving funds for several months and your account balance is zero, your Payoneer Account may be temporarily suspended due to an extended period of inactivity." Have you been actively receiving funds? Edit: I just read your screenshot, "We will not be able to reactivate your Payoneer account for any reason" I don't think it is temporarily suspended.
  3. What about the website? Do you see an increase in the number of gig impressions on the Fiverr website? If you do, then what the mobile app shows doesn't really matter. If you don't see them on the website either, then how do you know they are increasing?
  4. Well, if your Payoneer account is blocked and PayPal isn't available, then I don't think you have any other option apart from requesting Payoneer to unblock your account or find out why they blocked it. As these accounts bring in revenue for them, I am sure that they won't arbitrarily block an account. If they don't unblock it, you are out of options.
  5. Stop using ChatGPT to answer questions. This is against the forum rules. What you wrote doesn't make any sense.
  6. Buyers can request as many revisions as they'd like, regardless of the number of revisions you've mentioned in your packages. If you have mentioned 2 revisions in the package, just inform your buyer that they've already used the 2 revisions and the third one would cost them extra.
  7. What you are experiencing happens when you receive negative private feedback. If your private feedback falls below a certain threshold, the stats of all the gigs take a nosedive. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for your gigs and account to recover. Of course, something else might have happened. The logo gig category is very competitive. Your gig image could be a bit more attention-grabbing. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller Seek medical attention for depression. That's not something forum members can help with.
  8. Get in touch with Fiverr CS: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/ Selling on Fiverr > Payments and withdrawals > Withdrawals > Unable to withdraw funds > I still need help Go to the settings page and click on the Form W-9 tab to ensure that you haven't selected yourself as a US citizen.
  9. If you are getting impressions but failing to convert, that basically means the buyers are not finding your gigs attractive enough. Whatever is wrong, only you can fix it. You are getting traffic from Fiverr, and that's as much as Fiverr can do. Fiverr can't make people purchase your services. BTW, there are a lot of grammatical errors in your gig descriptions.
  10. Not that I am aware of. As long as your buyer doesn't have a problem, there shouldn't be any issues.
  11. Ensure that you are not using any special characters in gig extras. That used to cause problems.

  13. Your gig image could be a bit more attention-grabbing. The background is plain white. Here's a good article by Fiverr on gig images: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller For your profile photo, a closeup of your face with a plain background would be better. That would look more professional. You may read a bit more about perfecting your profile picture here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4416325224977?segment=seller Make the description a bit more open. There is no space between lines and paragraphs. I wouldn't want to read text that was set up that way. Give it some room. Make it easy to read. The gig title could be different. I am not really sure if "crosshatch-style portrait" has a big market. There might not be a lot of people searching for "crosshatch-style portrait." These portraits are something that people might buy when they stumble upon them. Maybe take a different approach with the title. This is my opinion, and I might be wrong. I recommend doing a little market research.
  14. If you are getting impressions and clicks but failing to convert, that basically means the buyers are not finding your gigs attractive enough. Either they don't understand what you're offering them, or they are not willing to pay what you're asking for what you're offering them. Whatever is wrong, only you can fix it. You are getting traffic from Fiverr, and that's as much as Fiverr can do. Fiverr can't make people purchase your services.
  15. You can solve the disputes through communication, but there is a lot more to it. How to deal with a dispute depends on the type of dispute you are in. If you are in a dispute or disagreement and would like some insights and suggestions, please explain the situation.
  16. Why didn't you deliver the order in the first place? Why did you send the order via chat? Why even get yourself into that kind of situation?
  17. That doesn't necessarily mean that the buyer isn't interested in working with you. From what I understand, the buyer either found someone to work with or decided not to get this project done and proceeded to cancel their brief request so that they do not receive more messages from other sellers. This has nothing to do with you or your account. Your account won't be affected.
  18. What you are experiencing happens when you receive negative private feedback. If your private feedback falls below a certain threshold, the stats of all the gigs take a nosedive, and the promoted gigs option is also turned off (unqualified). The best you can do now is complete the orders you have and wait for everything to get back to normal. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for your gigs and account to recover.
  19. This is absurd. There are sellers who've worked on Fiverr for more than a decade and are finding it hard to compete. You are here complaining about not getting impressions and clicks just after 3 days. It takes months and years to be successful. I am not sure if you'll survive very long on Fiverr if you are so impatient and disappointed about not getting impressions 3 days after publishing the gig.
  20. Yes. You do. If the seller hasn't mentioned anything about “commercial rights” in their description or FAQs and doesn't have any “commercial rights” extras listed on the gig page, that means they've already included them in their price.
  21. No, it doesn't impact the on-time delivery rate. I've had orders in “revision” status for months; I've never had any drops.
  22. Let alone using AI content and violating Fiverr Forum rule #8 as @vickiespencer mentioned, you are also encouraging others to break the TOS. As far as I know, requesting buyers to write a positive review is not allowed. That's review manipulation. You'll get other sellers banned by this type of advice.
  23. Turning promoted gigs on or off doesn't affect your gig rank. What does influence your gig rank is private feedback. You probably received negative private feedback. Negative private feedback has drastic effects. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to recover. If your private feedback falls below a certain threshold, the stats of all the gigs take a nosedive. Basically, your account as a whole is affected.
  24. Why didn't you deliver the order in the first place? Why did you send the work via chat rather than delivering the order? You are supposed to deliver the order after the work is completed. The buyer can request revisions after the work is delivered.
