Read report introduced

I am suggesting fiverr puts in place a ‘read report’ so that a buyer or a seller can know if their message was delivered and read.

I would like this for messages I send buyers on the order page.
I feel that buyers are not always reading those messages, based on the questions they ask after I deliver an order, or misunderstandings they have.
