Not able to send offer to buyer

Hi Friends, My name is Neeraj Kumar I am working on Fiverr as a Photo Editor. Yesterday I got an order from the buyer. His order is completed and he gave 5 stars to my work. He wants to send an another order but I am not able to make an offer. Please help me how to solve this problem.

If you already had a conversation with your buyer, on the inbox conversation page you should see the option shown below:
Use that to send “Custom Offer”

Hi Neeraj, if above post doesn´t help because the ‘Create an Offer’ button isn´t there, try it like this:
Contacts > My Buyers > Send Offer
