Buyers bad behavior Please report this issue with me

How will cancelling through support leave a bad review? I thought it was better to ask fiverr support to cancel the order on her behalf rather than to wait for the buyer to leave a negative review. What I understand is that the OP no longer wants to take work from this buyer because if she does he only leaves negative reviews so I think asking for support to cancel would be the best option.

I was talking about the job that was already delivered and reviewed. If he did re-order, I agree with you. 🙂

he already conclude the review on delivered order (10jan) but the review on 19 Jan (a minute after rejecting his order)

Thanks to the Fiverr customer support, they look into my issue and resolve it completely by removing the unfair review. You Guys Rock 🙂

@onyourservice1 remember also, you can’t make everyone happy, it is part of life, it is impossible to make some people happy no matter how hard you try, for the case on hand, it is an issue that is tough to swallow, but what is done is done, you took all the steps to state your case, and apparently your ratings was not dangerously affected, perhaps you learn from this experience and don’t let it slow you down. I am sure your future buyers also apply reasoning and do not judge on 1 bad review and ignore all the great reviews you get. Business rule is “you win some, you lose some” the important thing is no to let something like this affect your overall performance specially when it wasn’t your fault. Good luck
