artemist Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 Here is a tutorial on this subject with some VERY specific info on image size requirements from the Fiverr blog:http://blog.fiverr.com/2013/06/22/fiverr-academy-tutorial-cover-photos/And another thing that is probably not made clear is that even after you upload or update a “cover image” it won’t be viewable by others yet - just you and Customer Service until they get time to review it and approve it, and that wait time is unknown.(Note: the Fiverr blog is distinct from the forum, and seem to be another good place to look for major site announcements, news releases and even some tutorials.) artemist Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 Some gig categories on Fiverr allow the seller to use a cover image and others don’t. No one else knows what categories you sell in, so without taking time to research your situation and gig categories we can’t answer.
