Why my response rate is getting low?

Hello!

I response all of the buyer messages. Now I sign in and see my response rate is 80%. But I show yesterday my response rate was 100%

Can you please tell me why my response rate is getting low ?

What should i do ?

Don’t worry. The response rate is wrong for everybody. I answer within minutes and still it is going down. Just ignore it.

I experienced the same problem but then I contacted CS and tgey sort it out, I advise you to contact CS.
