HOW TO DELIVER A LATE ORDER WITHOUT RAISING THE LATE DELIVERY ALARM, AND STILL KEEP YOUR CLIENT HAPPY

This is a simple tip on how you can successfully manage a late delivery.

When you are faced with a limited time or for one reason or the order it appears that you will be late in delivering your order, simply deliver the job as it is “in-the-making”. And then accompany such delivery with a polite messages, notifying the buyer that you are almost done, but decided to show him/her the progress of the job so far with that delivery.

When you do this you will successfully put out the late delivery alarm, and also buy the patience of the client.

Please note that this tip is for you to manage emergencies/unforeseen circumstances and not for you to manipulate your late delivery record and your client. Be honest to your client and do not abuse this tip.
