Hello.

I do have live portfolio turn on, just to get that out the way 🙂 I have a couple regular buyers so I've worked with them at the time to deliver with pictures and get them to include the pictures in their reviews. But they can never see the option - and this is two different people. I've seen other threads saying they need to do it before the review etc etc, but at no stage does anyone see the option.

Is there something I / we are missing? Do you need to have been a member for a certain time? Or some other goal that allows buyers to do this?

I'm also facing this issue. So, I opened support ticket. The support answered me that Live Portfolio is disabled on my all gigs. But that is not the case, it's enabled for all my gigs. Ticket is still open. Waiting for their answer.
