I can see both being helpful. I have many gigs that are very different and cover a broad spectrum. An FAQ on my profile might be great for Q&A about my EXPERIENCE, skills, etc. and why my gigs can be so broad, etc.

But I can see where a VA can list the myriad things they CAN do for a gig, or my book coaching I can outline the sections of the writing process I’m prepared to coach people on rather than crowding my gig description with it.

So you could put supported file types for a graphic design gig, or what software, SAAS or tasks you’re familiar with for a VA, etc.

I like it, and I hadn’t thought of doing that – separating it out.

That means the gig description can say “For more information, please see the gig FAQ…” and you have extra room for more details.

I immediately added faqs to couple of my gigs as soon as I discovered them but sadly I still come across buyers with their queries which have already been answered in my faqs 🙂

I have added what my basic gigs offers as my very first faq to both my gigs yet people seem completely ignorant and place their order and than demand a lot more. However, I always make a point to deliver little bit extra to each of my client as a surprise bonus 🙂

There are so many threads to help you. Please search the perform and you will get many useful information and tips. However, its only your hard work and skills that can make you successful on fiverr.

It would be nice to have metrics. If you have anything important in your FAQ, you probably want to direct people there in either your video or in your gig description (or both).

Then you can copy & paste the answers from your FAQ.

Actually, it would be nice if there were Quick Responses straight from the FAQ for the gig the buyer is asking questions about.
