  2. @anjylina I understand your over enthusiasm and confusion. Maybe you are a new seller and hence being over conscious of things but I agree with all the replies you have got above. These questions will rather have adverse effect on your profile and overall reputation for being so anxious over these lil irrelevant things. Try to first read if you are not sure of things before posting your such queries rightaway and that will really help you understand what will help and what wont. Also follow what @capitalquality suggested and these will surely be very beneficial for your sales and even your profile. Happy new year and wish you many more successful sales to come ahead πŸ™‚
  3. I understand exactly what you mean. I started this thread because so many new sellers were asking, β€œMy Buyer hasn’t left me a review, what do I do?” It made me think that even the more seasoned sellers, such as yourself, would appreciate customers who take a minute (Trust me, buyers, that’s all it takes) to write something. Maybe, just maybe, a new buyer will read this thread and take the time - which could lead to better/longer relationship. I so appreciate your views @gina_riley2 I always make it a point to reply back with a personal review even to generic "outstanding experience " feedback πŸ™‚ You are right, this means a lot, especially for deserving newbies who are trying to build up their reputation. Thanks for being kind and considering me a seasoned seller but to be honest I still consider myself a newbie and personal reviews still mean a lot to me, even much more than tips πŸ™‚

  6. Very well explained and I agree with this completely. Bad buyers would become careful after this and would not try to scam honest sellers as many of them do rightnow. Good buyers would also love to see their reputation building up with positive reviews on their profile page.

  9. Try to contact and clarify things with the seller first and if he does not reply back, contact CS and tell them everything like @annai80 suggested. Hope they will be able to help you.

  12. @ethanbakare007 Oh dear, sorry to hear of this issue. I really wish you did not have to go through this. I read somewhere on forum from a buyer herself that she was not happy with one of her order’s delivery and instead of leaving a bad review, she politely asked the seller to refund and the seller complied but to her surprise even after getting the refund, she ( the buyer ) was asked to rate and review. I was completely unaware of this thing until I read it here on forum. So this option would also not work for you incase you refund back to the buyer as he has been demanding. I completely understand your frustration especially when you are new on fiverr. Its aweful when you have to deal with such a situation even after having given your best. I would suggest you to present your case to CS properly and nicely. Give them all the valid points you have with screenshots if possible. I wish this issue gets resolved for you as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for really connecting and empathizing with my issue @lynnehuysamen You have just started dear and you will meet some really great people and then some very difficult people as well on this platoform although I really wish you dont have to deal with a crazy person like her ever on or off fiverr πŸ™‚ Customer support always assures me that they will take appropriate action towards her but she still seems active on all 3 ids, I dont know how she is getting away with this. She comes to me with the original buyer’s relative or a friend from different ids but with same concerns, If I can make out easily that she is the same person, I do not think it would be difficult for CS to check that. Maybe she is smarter than CS and is playing with IPs. I really wish they introduce the Report button feature on Fiverr app to cut off such buyers as soon as they approach you like emmaki said.
  15. Thank you @emmaki , thats what I have started doing. I just hope they take a strict action towards her or atleast warn her. She seems to have been playing with Fiverr system as well without being caught yet operating 3 multiple ids all at the same time.

Exactly @catwriter thats what I feel and I have reported her couple of times to customer support with all valid points and evidences but she seems very active on fiverr taking frequent orders and with a yellow crown badge indicating she is a top buyer. This feels very annoying that she can get away with all this just because she is a top buyer. She seems so desperate and simply unaffected by my hundreds of polite pleas to NOT contact or place an order with me. You wont believe the questions she asks, she truly needs help.

I do not feel she is malicious as such but she keeps on asking the same questions repeatedly from the very beginning when she approached me till now in such a broken language that it gets almost impossible to satisfy her even if you keep answering her all day long. When I tell her I cant help her with her over anxiety, she says you are the only one who can, strange. Not just that, she keeps on ordering from multiple ids leading those orders to forced cancellations which have affected my gig placement badly in the search. I think my being very patient and calm with her has got back to me πŸ™‚ I have put up with her baseless chats for hours just to convince her for mutual cancellation because you know if you accepted the order, you will have to be available at her service for 30 days ( 24*7) and if you did not, you will be slammed with a shining negative review for not giving her your every single drop of blood for $5 πŸ™‚ I have put up with her a lot but not anymore, now everytime she sends me messages or places a sort of blackmailing order, I simply report her but this is so annoying.
  18. Cancelling a order drops your Order Completed % and that affects your gig positioning! in search results. I have had lots of cancellations lately but that has not affected my orders completed % stats, its still 100% Did you cancel after having delivered the order ?
